eloise

Eloise has really bad anxiety.

Anxiety is a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.

It made eloise feel like she couldn't do anything. She didn't have confidence. She was too nervous to talk to any one. Too scared to do stuff on her own.

As you can imagine, as a highschooler, that can be difficult.

Presentations, the people, bullies.

Something eloise delt with a lot.

Her parents, thankfully, talked to teachers and the principal and excused her from having to do presentations and speaking in front of the class.

It didn't stop the bullies though.

Eloise struggled with self confidence all her life.

The bullies certainly didn't help.

Constantly calling her ugly, fat, any thing you could think of, she's been called.

Eloise was a very beautiful girl.

Light brown hair, beautiful big green eyes, plump lips.

she didn't think so, though.

Eloise was homeschooled almost all her life. Her friends that she had when she was little always liked her. But that's all the social interaction she had as a child. So naturally, her parents decided she needed a change.

That's why they put her in public school.

They were so excited for eloise to meet new friends and not be stuck in the house all day every day.

Eloise didn't like the idea. She had no desire to talk to other people, let alone be with them for hours everyday.

Also, she wasn't very confident in her abilities. She thought she was stupid.

Eloise is now in her senior year of high school.

She hated school. She hated it more than anything. She wasn't very liked at school.

She was quiet, and kept to herself. She didn't know how to stand up for herself.

Everybody made fun of her looks but in reality, they were just jealous.

People think that since she was so quiet, they could just walk all over her.

She was too scared to stand up for herself and say something. She didn't like confrontation. She didn't want conflict.

But part of her thought she deserved it.

She was a very confident girl when she was little. But the way people started treating her when she got to highschool, made her think about herself differently.

She thought she was ugly. She thought she was too dependent on other people.

She didn't think she was any of those things until people at school started telling her that.

She slowly started to believe them.

She thought they were the ones who were dumb at first. How could someone be so mean?

She knew they were insecure. But it happened so often that she started believing it.

Her parents noticed her change in behavior. Her anxiety was getting worse, her confidence was getting lower. She always had anxiety as a child, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it is now.

Now, she feels as if she can't do anything.

cant.

A word that made her feel sick. Incapable.

You cant

She hates when someone says she cant do something. It made her anxiety worse.

Eloise could control her anxiety, somewhat.

She knew how to fake confidence and wasn't trembling every time she had to speak.

But just because she could keep it under control most of the time , doesn't mean she wasn't a nervous wreck. She was just very good at hiding it.

How else was she gonna make friends?

Speaking of which, Eloise is currently sitting at lunch alongside Zoe, and Zoe's best friend; Billie.

Zoe was a nice, non judgmental, and a very understanding person. She knew that Eloise couldn't stand being here and wanted to make her feel as comfortable as possible.

While Zoe was rambling on about something that was family related,  Eloise couldn't help but notice Billie's stare.

It made her nervous on the inside, and she didn't know if she liked it or not.

She knew, and everyone knew, that Billie was a very beautiful girl.

As of right now, Billie was single. She's had her flings, but none of them stuck. There was really only one girl on her mind.

Eloise's green eyes stare right back at her, trying to hide the nervousness flooding through her veins.

She could slowly feel herself stop breathing and her stomach turn.

Billie shot her a smile and looked back down at her phone. Not that there was anything very interesting on it anyway.

Sure, Billie has a lot of guys in her messages wanting their dick sucked, however she didn't answer any of them.

Billies heart belonged to one person specifically.

Eloise didn't know that, though.
