⭕️TDL's POV⭕️

I could tell it was late. The sun had already set and stars had started to sparkle from above. I already have a plan, I know I will win this time.

Looking down from on high, I memorized the path the girl took home. I could only assume that she took those things with her. Though I didn't see it too clearly, I think I saw her carrying them. Standing up, I take a deep breath and quietly fly over to the window.

I land on the windowsill. Lifting up my arm, I activate my blade. It's glitching. I assume from  the fact that I haven't had much time to properly fix them. Ignoring that fact, I gently tap the window as it disappears into nothing.

I slowly slide myself into the apartment. Very bare. Nothing but a tan couch, a tan chair it match, a small coffee table, a wall TV that had tangled wires plugged into a nearby outlet, and a small table in the corner that held a laptop that was also plugged in. I slowly searched with only the glow from my bands. Deciding I'll probably need it later, I unplug the laptop and put it in a hold under my shoulder.

Eventually, I checked under the couch cushions. Aha! There they are, I knew I wasn't a total idiot. Grabbing them, I put the cushion back in it's place. Before I make another move, I hear a yawn from the other room. Oh.

I hear the door creak open as I immediately duck behind the sofa.

"Mmm.. hello?"

Holding my breath, I start to panic. Please don't see me.. please don't see me..

I started to press buttons on my bands to teleport. Once finished I started to glitch.. oh come on! Work!

Hitting it a few times, it finally worked and I was home free. Phew..

Holding a tight grip on my newfound items, I fly far away.

I arrive back in the forest, laying everything out in a neat fashion. This should be all I need. Opening up the laptop, I begin to connect everything.

After some configuration, I looked back to the necklaces. They were glowing brighter. Smiling at the idea, I looked back to the computer and made them glow a bright red. Now that's my style.

These things seemed to be completely functional. I tapped the plastic on the back of the necklace, seeing if they would actually work or not. As soon as I moved my hand away, a set of claws ejected and tried to catch something. Curious, I tapped the claws lightly, but then immediately pulled away. It stung so bad, I could still feel it. Fortunately, it disappeared. Oh yeah, these worked.

I looked at the time, 9:25 pm. Not quite the right time. I need to wait until the dead of night to carry out this plan.

I cannot mess this up. Not this time.
