Honestly college sucks. It's just so boring to me and its not like I have that many friends. I mean I do have some friends, but not a whole bunch. I'm the type of person that doesn't want to start the conversation.
Like if I see someone I know, I don't just go up and say hi to them, they have say hi to me first in order for it to not be awkward. Well for me at least. I know it might seem a little selfish, but its not like I don't wanna talk to people. I honestly just don't have the guts to just go up and say hi in the mornings..
But moving on, It was the day I finally moved out of this crappy town. I was excited and disappointed at the same time. The exciting part is that I don't have to live in this old town and the disappointing part is that I still have to go to college.
I sighed as I packed my bag with my belongings, along with my (favorite/color) journal. The journal is my little safe place where I like to have some me time. I finished packing everything as my best friend (bsf/name) was waiting for me in the car. "Hey Y/N! Are you finally done packing?" "Yup! I got everything." I said. "Geez Y/N, you really are a slowpoke! I felt like I have been waiting forever!" they complained. "Oh whatever." I said, just start up the car so I can get some rest before I start college tomorrow".

(bsf/name) started the car and I dozed off during the long trip.
~ 3 Hours later ~
"Hey Y/N! Wake up!" I heard muffled voices as I slept peacefully, I just ignored it and continued to sleep. I woke up in an instant when I felt this sudden rushing pain come from my cheek. "Ah-..Ouch!" I said in pain. "Heh! Well I was just trying to wake you up so I pinched your cheek!" they said. "Ugh.." I pouted.
"But hey look! We made it!" they pointed out. I looked outside of the window only to see a beautiful town with a park and a big sign that said "Welcome To Sunny Spring Haven!". I awed at the beautiful sight.
"Come on lets go to our dorm!" they said. I picked up my suitcase from the trunk. I walked along the concrete sidewalk with my bestfriend. We finally reached the dorms after what felt like hours of walking, but I can't be mad after all the view was amazing and the air was fresh, unlike my old town.
We went up to the person who worked up in the front to get our room keys. "Please state your first name and last name and student id. "The lady at the front said. "First/Name Last/Name" I stated while also showing my student id. "Bsf/FN Bsf/LN" my friend said also. "Okay, Here are your room keys." she said while handed us the keys. "Y/n, you're room 204 and Bsf/name you're room 206. Have a nice day!" she explained.
"Aww.. Well our rooms aren't right next to each other, but they're still close!" they exclaimed. "Yeah, Well I'm gonna head to my room, I'll see you later." I said waving. "Bye!" they said shortly after.
I began walking to my room, then took the stairs to the second floor. I found my room and slid the key into the keyhole and walked into my room. I then placed my suitcase to lazy to unpack and began to put on some comfy clothes to sleep in.

I laid down and hoped that tomorrow will be a great first day. Then I slowly started to doze off.
