'X' is a doctor that lives in the suburbs.
One night someone bangs on their door and 'X' opens it to find a person with a gun shot wound asking for their help. Once 'X' helps them, they leave.
Bi-monthly the same injured person shows up at their door step, however each injury is worse than the last one and each time 'X' helps the person, they learns more things about the person.
One being they're apart of the fast life and wants 'X' to join.
