Chloe sat in the Roscoe house. She had been studying with them. She was trying to find  way to get Freddie out but it was hard. She knew that warren had set him up.

Chloe groaned as she heard a knock at the door, she stood up and answered it and frowned as she saw warren and groaned

"go away I have nothing to say to you" she spat

"come on Chloe it's time to come home with your family" he said as she looked to him and rolled her eyes

"family you? That's a joke right. Freddie is my family. His family is fine. He's been there more for me then you have in my life. All you did was spend time inside or fool around with whoever you wanted. You don't care about me if you did then you wouldn't of set up the one person I need more than anything for something he didn't do" Chloe said as warren sighed

"I was protecting you" he said as she looked to him and rolled her eyes

"I don't need it. I need Freddie he is all I've always needed. Just go to hell" Chloe said as she slammed the door in his face

Chloe got to the prison and smiled as she visited Freddie. She had to sat opposite him in a separate room as a screen was between then. They couldn't even touch him

"I'm so sorry" she said as she picked up the phone. He looked to her and smiled

"you don't need to be sorry this isn't your fault" he said as she placed her hand on the screen and looked to him and smiled

"don't say that" he said as she smiled

"I'll confess tell them the truth that it was me and you'll get out" Chloe said

"no don't you dare do that. It's not going to do any good and I can handle myself in here. Chloe you have been through hell and jail is going to push you over the edge. I have a meeting with my lawyer and hopefully I'll be out of here soon as they have nothing on me apart from the anonymous call" Freddie said as Chloe looked to him and smirked

"it was my dad" Chloe said as Freddie sighed

"of course it was. Look I am going to get out of here and I'll be okay I promise" Freddie said as she smiled. But could he keep that secret?

Chloe got back to the village and smiled as she saw Mia. Mia walked over to her and smiled

"are you okay?" Mia asked as Chloe sighed

"I've been better"

"you know he is sorry" Mia said as Chloe sighed

"he's not mi. I know my dad and he isn't sorry. He never is and that's the worse thing about it. I mean Freddie could go down for this for what I did all because my dad set him up and if I do loose Freddie because of this I will never forgive him for it" Chloe said.

Chloe didn't care if he was her father. He had betrayed her
