This book isn't set in a specific state, however, it is in the south. For those from the south just think north Alabama, southern Georgia-ish.
This is important because southern phrases and language will be used. I don't want anybody correcting grammar in regards to dialogue spoken by certain characters.
Although this book is in the Romance category, it could constitute as a Mystery/thriller novel as these themes are prominent in the book.
In addition, I will not tolerate oppressive or offensive comments. Constructive criticism for the writing or characters is welcome. However, if your comment offends or belittles someone or a certain group of people it will be deleted. It's as simple as that, don't abuse your privileges as a commenter.

Alexander and Victoria both have anger issues to a certain degree. He's controlling, and a little possessive. However, never will their relationship make the reader uncomfortable, nor will it be abusive. But it won't be all sunshine and rainbows either. They're both have traumatic pasts which is important to remember.
