Chapter 5

3:20 AM

We've been playing different games for hours and eating gummy drops and drinking until Mali decided she wanted to crash on us.

We sat in silence at the dining room table; I'm guessing she was thinking about earlier and what to say now just like I was. I enjoyed every single second of that moment we shared.
