Ash was surprised to see shiny rayqauza but then he was sensing huge dark aura coming from him and he notices he is fully black no red outlines and anything and rayqaza fires hyper beam at him which was countered by hydro pump and he saw Lugia,ho-oh,thunderous in his original form,melmetal,mewtwo in mega y form and his other Pokemon and his poke balls also opens and charizard along with lucario,sceptile,infernape and blastoise come out ash was confused.
Ho-oh:ash mega evolve everyone and kill this thing he is shadow rayquaza and my precious brother is trapped in it so kill this thing and we will visit him.which shocks him and he mega evolves and a huge fight starts between them and rayquaza mega evolves and uses dragon ascent towards ash and a blur flies over ash and meet rayqaza head on it was none other ash mega charizard z using dragon rush,flame charge,flare blitz and iron head combo  and he succeeds in pushing rayquaza back but rayquaza fires draco meteor and most of Pokemon faints ash grits his teeth and before he can use any other move they hear a mighty roar from sky and see mega rayquaza using dragon ascent towards shadow rayquaza and legendary Pokemon smirks at it and then rayquaza throws S.rayquaza far away and look towards other  Pokemon and roars and Pokemon including legendaries start charging their strongest attack at  S rayquaza who was now in normal form and when he look at them he only sees attack heading towards him and hits him and with a roar of pain he dies and vanishes in thin air attack was so powerful that whole pallet town including nearby town shook and created a huge explosion which created winds and shock waves everywhere v
and everyone comes to there original form and ho-oh shouts why were you late scumbag ash almost died if it was not for us to save him and rayquaza was about to say something but ash beat him to it.
Ash: ok now you tell me whats going on here and right now because I can't take this bull shit anymore.boy I just met my daughter first I was not believing it but now I don't know man I don't know so plz tell me everything. Begs to them and with a sigh legendary Pokemon surround him and rayquaza makes a barrier while flying around them his Pokemon also listen carefully and they all start to glow golden and get teleported to hall of orirgins and there were most of the legendary Pokemon but then he sees shiny rayquaza flying towards him his Pokemon were ready to attack but legendary stops them and when he closes near ash he licks him with a smile and says in a childish voice "thank you for saving me chosen one" ash was shocked but he can tell it was the voice of a boy around the age of 7-8 years and ash nods at him with a smile then a golden glow fills the room and there stood arceus with other legends ash was astonished by this including his pokemons and they bow in front of them and arceus chuckles there is no need to bow chosen one says in feminine voice.
Arceus:thanks for saving our little rayquaza.says and shiny rayquaza blushes in embarrassment
Ash:ok but plz tell me what is this all about cause I don't understand a thing.
Arceus:well you see I have a grand dad who is not an arceus but darkeus means dark Pokemon god or I should say shadow arceus he made rayquaza shadow Pokemon by using a ritual because he was not having a guardian and before you ask this is new guardian of skies and strongest in his species to be ever born so he converted him in shadow rayquaza and asked him to kill you because he is still million of light year away from us and rayquaza Was wandering in space and he felt strange aura so without telling any of us he left there about 5 months ago and returned today as shadow rayquaza and for other questions you are chosen one means you will be the one to stop darkeus and kill him so that's why you are called chosen one and second reason is this you are first person to be the guardian of 6 legendary Pokemon officially and 7 unofficially because mewtwo is not added in hall of origins gate way as coballion is not here who is master of sword of justice ,including azelf who is master of lake trio and Alice is your and Lillian daughter who is from future because you failed and celebi sended her back as motivation to you and remember you will have multiple mates and maybe a  pokemon says last part while blushing and teleports them back including shiny rayquaza ash was dumbfounded and shiny rayquaza taps a empty pokeball and gets sucked in and ash looks toward the pokeball and with a gulp he faints.Gary,delia,prof  oak were watching this scene and they were shocked but when ash faints they rushes towards him.and bring him back to lab along with all Pokemon for treatement.
Gary:it is too much for him to take.says while smiling sadly
Delia:yes but I don't know what will happen when he sees red and blue and come to know about the truth. Sighs sadly and then they hear room door open and Alice comes and on seeing ash her eyes widen and she rushes towards him and starts crying and delia calm her down and a shiny celebi enters the room with shiny pachirisu and nuzzle their cheeks with Alice and ash. But then pikachu was also enters with sceptile,greninja,charizard,infernape,lycanrock,incineroar,blastoise,mewtwo enters the room as they were healed and their eyes widen on seeing shiny celebi and delia and Gary were neutral and they faints except mewtwo who sighs and teleport them back on ranch which was completely destroyed and with his great mind mewtwo designs new and better ranch which can be made with the help of melmetal as he have the power to make metal and other grass type pokemons and ho-oh who can provide them 1 wing to complete the process and after everyone was healed mewtwo tells them what to do and he helps melmetal by providing him aura nod lucario also helps.
