His quirk gives him a natural mutation which leaves him with a long tail, dagger like teeth, some short spikes coming from the back of his head and a pair of wings on his back and his eyes look like this,

It also allows him to shift into a missive drake with dark red scales and a pair of massive wings and looks like this,

His wingspan his drake form is about 50 meters to go along with his total length from the tip of his snout to the end of his tail is about 60 meters and his height is about 18 meters or 59ft (dont quote me on that thats the best I could find so I don't know if thats his actual hight) but in his human form his wingspan is only 5 meters and his tail is about 6 meters and he is 6'4.
He also got the ability to breath fire and pyrokenesis, along with this he also get things such enhanced sight, sense of smell and strength when is his human form, but the only downside to his quirk is that he also gets the instincts such as he will be very and I mean very territorial of things such as his room or his house but he only gets territorial if its another male that he could see as a threat so girls are pretty much ok and he will also hoard things such as in Izukus case some Endeavor merch(Cause of Fire and stuff you get me ok...OK good) But he will also have heat cycles that happen every 2 months for around 2 to 3 days in which his body temperature raises by that much that any room he walks into even if its very cold his body temperature will immediately heat up the room.
Drawbacks:
Fire breath, Over use of this ability will lead to a dry mouth and a sore throat which will leave him with a raspy voice and it will also speed up his digestion which will leave him hungry.
Pyrokenesis, Over use of this ability will leave him with numb hands to his whole arm being numb depending on how much he overused it.

Dislikes: Katsuki, katsumi, shoka, shoto, izumi, inko, all might, people who he doesn't like or know touching his hoard and all of aldera high.
