Flames roared in my ear, heated my skin and blinded my eyes. Haunting growling voices touched my ear making my skin crawl. Where am I? I couldn't help but wonder, it looked like hell but wasn't I good my whole life? I don't think I sinned but by the way I hurt myself with drugs I could see why I was here. If this was the underworld where's the devil? I heard loud chants and screams, before it got good I woke up breathing heavy with tears splattered on my face. I was covered in a body bag, it was hard to breathe I kicked and screamed falling off the steel counter and onto the floor. I tried to use my arm feeling stitches popping out, did I overdose? This all didn't make sense, my nail unlocked the zip as I crawled out the disgusting bag seeing I was in a room full of dead rotting bodies.

I felt sick to my stomach, my heart was racing so loud it hurt my ears, it was so quiet and eerie in here. The door handle twisted around as a doctor pushed another body into the room, I ran for the door before he could shut it, hearing gasps from a nurse's mouth.

I quickened my walk seeing a needle from the corner of my eye, I didn't want to be knocked out again, I wanted to avoid unconsciousness all together. I felt dizzy, lopsided as if I couldn't walk straight, I touched my face looking at foundation, did they really take me to a mortician to get my makeup done? Wasn't my pale cold looking dead look enough? I looked down at my outfit seeing a white dress, I thought black was the funeral color. I chuckled to myself making my way for the exit. The sun stung, I couldn't bare to look up but I had to get to my family, let them know i'm alive, and that's what I would do.
