(Taylor's P.O.V.)
I unlocked the door and went inside, Maverick close behind. We stumbled into the kitchen, and placed all the bags on the counter. After the Damien left, Maverick and I continued to kiss until the store clerk came out and told us to leave. We talked the entire way home and listened to the radio. When we got all of the groceries put away we both sat down on the couches and turned on the TV. Maverick started flipping through the channels, when I heard people talking loudly upstairs. I excused myself from Maverick and climbed up the steps. The voices grew louder as I got closer to Grace's room, when I opened the door I saw Grace with tears down her face and cuddling a pillow. Nathan, on the other hand, was just sitting there and trying to cal down Grace."Tell him it's okay to be a man, and cry at sad parts in movies!" Grace said to Taylor while pointing at Nathan. "I don't cry when something happens in movies." Nathan argued. I looked at the television and recognized the rolling credits as one of my favorite movies.
"It's okay to cry when things are sad!" Grace said. Was this as joke? Why were they arguing over a movie? "I think you are overreacting." Said Nathan "Well at least I'm not dead on the inside." Grace retorted. I rolled my eyes and left them alone again. I went back downstairs and watched TV with Maverick. I was bored out of my mind!! "Want to go somewhere?" Asked Maverick. "Like where?" I questioned, "beach?" "Sure."
(Third Person P.O.V.)
"It's just a movie! It's not even real!" Nathan reasoned with the still upset Grace. "It's a realistic movie." Grace mumbled, "Please smile!" Nathan demanded, but Grace purposefully deepened the frown. "Don't make me.." Nathan warned, "Don't you dare!" Grace threatened, but it was too late. Nathan was already beside Grace and tickling her stomach. She screamed and tried her hardest not to laugh, but she couldn't help it, she let a giggle escape her lips. She covered her mouth with her hand and tried to keep in her laughter, but there was no use. She gave up and started laughed until her sides started to ache, as she was still trying to fight off Nathan. She managed to grab the pillow she was holding before and smack Nathan in the side with it. He chuckled and grabbed the other pillow hit her with it. They hit each other with pillows until Grace whacked Nathan so hard, her pillow burst open and sent cotton flying everywhere.
They laughed as the cotton rained down on them. Nathan looked at Grace and realized how beautiful she looked, sitting on her knees laughing, with pieces of the pillow stuffing in her hair. She looked like she didn't have a care in the world.
"Haha, I got you to laugh!" Nathan said with a triumphant smile on his face. Grace, suddenly remembering that she was supposed to be sad, frowned again. This time Nathan didn't bother with tickling or pillows, instead he placed his thumbs on both sides of her lips, and drew them up in a smile. He then leaned down and kissed her, releasing his thumbs from her lips and placing them on either side of her face. Grace leaned into the kiss, as she placed her hands over Nathan's. Grace leaned back onto the blankets and pillows on the floor, Nathan leaning over her. He gently laid her on the pillows as he hovered on top of her, neither one of them daring to break the kiss.
Nathan had his knees on either side of Grace's waist, his right hand still caressing her face, the other one steadying him over her. He moved his hand to her stomach, and she knotted hers in his hair. Both deepened the kiss, Grace allowed a small smile against Nathan's lips, to show he had won.
Taylor was looking through the dresser for a bathing suit and Maverick was getting the towels. She walked downstairs and met Maverick at the door. He smiled and opened the door for her. They got in the car with the towels and some food and headed to Cherry Grove beach. Titan was opening a can of peaches as Bailey walks in the kitchen."Who are you taking to the dance, little man?" Bailey asked as as he grabbed an apple from the glass bowl in the marble island.
"What dance? And I'm not little." Titan said while he splashed peach juice all over the fridge, Bailey rolled his eyes and explained
