It was a bright day, birds sat at your window. It almost seemed as they were checking on you to make sure you ok. But you weren't. It was Valentines Day and no one has asked to to be their Valentines. You slightly wished the day would just go away. Before you could move or say anything you heard a knock on the door.
You jumped off you bed and ran to the door. You looked in a mirror to make sure you looked ok. You saw yourself with a ponytail, white tang top, and light blue shorts with knee high socks. You sighed then turned back to the door. You slowly opened it "Sorry this is not your girlfriends house. She probably leaves down the roa-" You said but you looked up and saw a boy with green hair and freckles.
"Yamaguchi?!?!" You asked surprised "Heh hey Y/N" Yamaguchi answered putting a hand behind his neck. You and Yamaguchi had been in the same class for the whole year and a half. "W-What are you doing here?!?!" You asked still surprised he was there. "Well I came for you" He said giving a nervous smile. You laughed a bit before talking again "You came with a box of chocolate and flowers? For me?" You laughed again "Well these chocolates for you" Yamaguchi said handing you the chocolates.
You took the chocolates and moved out the way so Yamaguchi could enter. "So who are the flowers for?" You asked closing the door "Well I got them for you mom" Yamaguchi said as he sat on the couch "Oh how did you know she liked flowers?" You asked him while walking towards the couch "I guessed" Yamaguchi smiled.
Before you could say anything, your mom walked into the room. "Y/N why did you tell me you were bringing your boyfriend over" You mom asked rushing to the kitchen "M-MOM!" you shouted as you watched her rush. "Hello Mrs." Yamaguchi said as he walked over to her "Oh good morning Tadashi" Your mom smiled. "I got you these" Yamaguchi said handing the flowers over "Oh well thank you Tadashi" You mom said as she took the flowers.
You watched as your mom whispered something into Yamaguchi's ear then walked away. You saw Yamaguchi smile as he walked to you. "What is this?" You ask "You got something with my mother?" Yamaguchi looked surprised based off what you said. "What?" He asked "I don't have anything with your mother" Yamaguchi said worried "I have a thing for you..." "What?" you asked "I can't hear you, you talk to soft" .
You walked outside and sat on the porch as Yamaguchi followed you. "Hey Y/N" Yamaguchi asked "Hm" You answered "Will you....be my Valentine" He asked turning away. "Yamaguchi..." You said surprised "I-I'm sorry" Yamaguchi said getting up "I-I'll leave" He smiled "Yamaguchi" You said again "I said im sorry" Yamaguchi said as he waved goodbye "Yamaguchi!" You shouted as you ran up to him. "Y/N" Yamaguchi asked as you hugged him "Of course I will be your Valentine" You said "Y/N" Yamaguchi said as tears filled his eyes "Yes now don't leave!" You said
"Jeez kids are so dramatic" Your mom said as she brought out a bag of clothes "MOM!" You shouted "Not now hunny that handsome neighbor is watching me" She said as she handed you the bag. "What's this?" You asked looking in the bag "A swimsuit of course" She said turning back around to the house "Why?" You asked looking at her "I wanted to take you to the beach heh" Yamaguchi said nervously "Aw thanks Yamaguchi" You said "Please" Yamaguchi said "Call me Tadashi" Yamaguchi looked back up at you
You smiled "Thank you Tadashi" You said as you kissed his cheek "HUH" Yamaguchi yelled turning full red "Tadashi are you ok?" You asked "I-I Y-YOU M-ME Y-Y/N" Yamaguchi panicked as you laughed "Come on Tadashi" You said grabbing his arm and running to the car so you guys can go to the beach.
"What a cute couple!" Your mom said 'Don't you think?" She winked to the reader.
