Chloe's POV
Paige grabbed my arm. It hurt bad. Paige covered all my scars and bruises. It looked like nothing happened.
"Why do you need a late slip?" The lady at the office asks
"The stall doors got stuck again." Paige replies quickly. She handed us a slip and we walked to class.
Paige stopped at my class and waved goodbye. I smiled back because it hurt to move.
"Chloe how nice to see you. We where just about to assign partners." My teacher says
I quickly take my seat.
"Nia with Maddie
Kate with Nick
Chloe with" my teacher starts assigning partners. In my mind I keep saying "don't be Josh don't be Josh."
"Chloe with Josh" and the she says a long list of names.
"Ok go with you partners. You will be working with them for the next 2 weeks."
Great. I'm with Josh for the next to weeks.
"Hey Rags you cleaned up. Not worth it I will make you look more awful. And now your little friend will get it."
