Everyone soon came together and groups of middle aged couples started dancing around the ball room.
"Mother, may I go play with my group?" I said excitedly
"Sure y/n but don't get dirty. We need to make a good impression on the family's." Mother said strictly
"Ok mum!" I said already walking away from her
I squealed seeing my group of friends in the corner possibly trying to see where I am.
"Hello." I said walking up to the group
"Y/n! I thought you'd never show." Pansy said happily
"Yea Y/n it's good to see you!" Blaise said calmly
"Oh stop with the lovey dovey stuff, come on!" Matthew said impatiently
We all chuckled and headed to the garden, where we usually hang out
"Hey y/n" Draco blushed
"Hey Malfoy." I said smirking
Ever since me and Draco first meet, it was obvious he liked me. I mean, he laughed every time I made a joke, even if it wasn't funny. He blushes whenever I say his name. It's the little things he does that make me think he likes me. I'm not sure if I like him though. I kind of like someone else. I'm to young to start dating anyways.
"What do you guys wanna do?" Pansy asked
"We could play hide and seek?" I suggested
"I'LL BE SEEKER!" Draco shouted excitedly
Draco usually likes being to boss of these games.
He then turned around and started counting to 30. "1, 2, 3.." He started "Ahhhhhhhh!" We all screamed and started running
Pansy hid behind the flowers. Blaise hid behind the bushes. Matthew hid behind a missive tree. I, of all people, couldn't find a place.
"29, 30!" Draco announced, ready to seek
Out of my luck, I found a statue and went to go hide behind it.
"Awh man!" I heard Matthew shout
"Dang it!" Blaise shouting a few moments later
"Not fair!" I finally heard Pansy shout after being caught
I won. I smirked to myself.
"Y/n!! Come out, come out wherever you are!" Draco said smirking
I then heard him getting closer so I started running. We were both a laughing mess till I tripped on my dress and fell in the pond.
"Y/n!" Draco said worriedly
"I'm ok!" I said getting up with his help
"Oh no! Mothers going to Avada Kedavra me!" I said starting to cry seeing my dress wet from the pond
"No she won't. It's ok." Draco said giving me a hug
"Wait, but now your wet." I chuckled
"Guess were even." He winked at me
We then burst into laughter.
"Come on, let's get you cleaned up." He said walking me to the group
