The setting is August 7 the day before yakus birthday 9:00pm everyone but kuroo and lev had left after school practice kuroo is helping lev take down the net for the night they finish and get changed into normal clothes in the locker room levs about to leave when kuroo start talking
Kuroo: soooo~ what are you going to get yaku for his birthday
Levs gathering his things not paying attention
Lev: I'm not telling you because you going to tell the others and yamamoto will tell yaku
Kuroo: please!
Lev gets up and looks at kuroo and sighs

Kuroo nods his head
Lev: well it may be early but I love yaku very much and I'm planning on proposing to yaku so that way he's my fiance by the time I graduate college and we can just get married
Kuroo: that may be the most best plan I've ever heard you say
Lev: what can I say I love him very much
He pulls out the ring and shows kuroo it's a beautiful golden ring

Lev: I hope he says yes
Lev grabbed his stuff and started to walk off he arrived at yakus and opened the door
Lev: hey baby you wanna go eat
yaku: sure
They walked outside getting into the car who left road from to a pretty nice restaurant on the east bank the waitress immediately took them to the table since that went down bringing two cups of water and wine glasses
Lev: you know I why I brought you here right?
Yaku: my birthday?
Lev:sorta.....
he smiled slightly holding the ring in his hand out of the table and his boyfriend didn't notice because of the tablecloth
Lev: leaving the world and you're absolutely everything to me and one day I promise I'll make this happen and I don't want to knowhow I would never live without you because I don't want to live without you I love you so much

Lev takes the ring out and gets down on one knee opening the ring box yaku sat there shoucked and happy at the same time
Lev: yaku Morisuke will you make me the happiest man on earth and hopefully one day be my husband?
Lev saw the tears rolling down his checks

Yaku run and hugged he'd boyfriend They few people near them clapped and went back to eating

Lev gave the ring to he's boyfriend yaku just started and it before putting it one his ring finger
Yaku: it's so beautiful....!

Yaku looks at lev and kisses him
Waitress: this may be a bad time but....what would you like to eat?
Lev and yaku sit back down at their table they quickly ordered their food and left going home celebrating the miracles of Life bringing them together they were so happy down the road a few years later they got married and had a happy life together
