A night out

So bored...

It was a cool, calm evening in republic city. Spirits floating about and the terrorist filled city finally being at peace. Korra and Asami were settled at a petite airbender style house, with Korra not so much liking colossal mansions and Asami preferring to be near the city, they decided on a house near the mountains of the city. The house was light brown and had a meditation section where Korra can meditate and go to the spirit world. On the roof there were flags from all the nations including the order of the white lotus. Inside, Korra was basking in the sunset rays on her bed quietly daydreaming while Asami was at her desk frantically trying to keep Future Industries documents in check. Ever since the Kuvira incident ended, Asami was swamped with work, trying to keep up with the demand of technology and to maintain her fathers work. Suddenly Korra spoke,

"Ugh, I'm So bored Why don't you take a break for a little while? I'm sure the papers can wait a little"

Asami shook her head and muttered in response, " Sorry turtle duck, but I need to sign at least 20 more documents for the company now"

With that, Korra stood up and walked up to Asami's and started massaging her shoulders, relieving the heiresses tension. Korra knew when her lover was stressed and the best way to relieve it was a comfy massage. After all they have spent 3 wonderful years together.

"Ahh baby that feels good.." Asami sighed

"well I know when my baby is stressed she just needs an old fashion massage" Korra cooed.

"yeah.. if only these papers were old fashioned.." Asami answered. The raven haired woman slumped back at her chair and sighed in tiredness. At that moment, Korra kissed her girlfriends cheek and advised, "hey I got a good idea! Why don't we go to that animal themed café, its only a block away from Kwongs Cuisine. Besides you really look like you need some tea!"
Asami chuckled "you're sounding like Iroh!"

"well tea is fabulous! And there are so many kinds, like green, black, lemongrass, jasmine....."

Asami interrupted her with a passionate kiss on the lips and a snuggly hug.

"sounds like a good idea but I'm driving!" Asami blurted out

"agreed" Korra said with a cheeky grin
