Arios hid in his little cave, looking around at all the wonderful things that he had kept in there. Since he had left the rock/door open, he had heard some other mer-people say that there was a ship coming this way, and he set down what he had in his hands and swam past them, quickly up to the surface. There it was: a giant ship that was made out of a dark sort of wood. He peeked over the side and saw humans laughing and talking, dancing and eating. He spotted a handsome man and sighed and smiled.
