Y/N's POV

You both ran to the meeting area where they are all gathered"Whats going on? Whats happening?"You asked"We just got a radio signal for help, an SOS right here.."Sang Wo says and pointed at some place on the map,your face become serious and face the others"Split into half... Put our city into lockdown pull up the invisible barrier , you guys come with us and you guys stay here and guard the city"You say and they nodded agreeing"Sound the siren make sure everyone doesnt leave their homes and make sure their protect technology is on"The soldiers nodded and went to your little sister"Hey Yumi.. I'll go to work again.."She frowns and hugs you tightly"Please come back safe"You nodded and kissed her forehead"I will Yumi.. I will, go! Go with unnie Jisoo and hide!"She nods and runs to Jisoo and Jisoo hugs her,you faced Eun Hyuk"Stay here.. As you were riding with Hyun Su you saw his spaced out expression, you couldnt read it at all,you held his hand with both of your hands making him look at you and you look at him making an eye contact and his eyes lit up and smiled and nodded making you smile,you both now got out of the van and went in a building, you got your weapons out and went in slowlt not making a sound, you held your fist up,you held your electrical/flame thrower like crossbow and look through the scope and see a blind monster,you faced the others and held your index finger to your mouth, you all slowly went to the room to see a family, a mom,dad,and 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls,you went to him and did a sign to be quiet"You guys called us right??"They all nodded , you smiled at them "Dont worry your safe come on come with us"You say and they nodded, you made the family go first in the car and you and Hyun Su was the last to go but then you saw a monster

He has gun like weapon and you both ducked"GO! GO!!"You say to the others,the blind monster that Hyun Su had the same encounter extented his arms ,you used your weapons , as you both were fighting for you life you see that Hyun Su was about to get attacked,you let your monster side come out letting out your wings and tail and you looked like a phoenix but a black phoenix, your wings covered Hyun Su and you hugged him ,your eyes were all black and then you attacked the other monsters and then Hyun Su grabs you as you began to weaken while protecting Hyun Su, he grabbed your weapons and carried you and you both went inside the car of Sang Wo"What happened to her?!"He asked"JUST GO!!DRIVE!!"Hyun Su says and as they drive away the building exploded and the building burned"Y/N!! Y/N!!"Hyun Su calls to you

Author's POV

You looked at Hyun Su with your black ebony eyes and they slowly fade away along with your wings and tail,he sighed relieved as he held you close,he wrapped you in a towel as you close your eyes and his eyes widened,he was about to call to you thinking your dead but Sang Wo spoke"Dont worry she just passed out.. She'll regain consiousness"He says to the boy, Hyun Su held you close and just kept holding you close as you both arrived in the city like village and the barrier got out abit for the cars to get through, he gets out with him carrying you in bridal style unconscious,Yumi runs to Hyun Su"Unnie! Hyun Su oppa.. is she dead..?"He looks at Yumi but she shooks his head and smiles lightly at her"She's not she just passed out.. Thank to her.. I am still in one piece.. She saved me.."Yumi looks at Hyun Su"Hyun Su! We need to treat captain Y/N.. lets go"He looks at Yumi and nods and goes with Sang Wo, little did he know Eun Hyuk was listening to him 'she really protected him..' Eun Hyuk thought

Hyun Su placed Y/N slowly on the bed as the medics help him,he waited outside anxiously then the medic came back"How is she?"He says worried the doctor smiled at him"She's ok dont worry you can see her now.."He nods and wents in the room to see you sleeping peacefully, he slowly went to your side and got the hair out of your face,he sat beside your laying body and he took your hands between in his hands as he squeezed it tight"Why did you do it..??"He says looking at your face"Why did you protect me even when your life depended on it..??"He says and stares at you

Timeskip 1 week later~

After one week of not waking up you slowly open your eyes to see all white,Hyun Su notices and he gets up immediately"Y/N! Your awake!!"He says and he calls the nurse and after that he was told that your ok and you just needed to stay there for 3 days and then the nurse dismisses themselves, he went to your side as you were sat up ,you looked at him worried"Are you ok?? Were you hurt at that time??"He smiles lightly and shooks his head into a no"You know I should be the one asking you that.."He says making you chuckle and then look at him as you saw a small bento box on your side making your eyes lit up,you pointed at it"Did you..??"You say making him look at it"Ah~ Yea.. Yea I did... Do you wanna eat it??"He says making you nod your head immediately and you made him chuckle,he opened it and your eyes sparkled from its deliciousness"Woah.. Samgyeopsal,Tteokbeokki ramyeon and kimchi!!"You say excited making him chuckle again"Ok ok.. chill here.."He feeds you each one "I-is it good..??"He asked nervously,you nod quickly and immediately"YES! You're a better cook than me!"He laughs lightly

After you ate together you both talked and get to know each other more until a thought got to Hyun Su's head"Hey.. if you dont mind.. why did you protect me that hard..??"He says making your face frown"O-oh! No! Its ok if you dont want to talk about itㅡ"You cut him off by sighing"No no its ok.. I guess you have the right to know.."You gently smiled at him"Ever since I met you.. you reminded me of the first boy that I love.."You say making his eye lit up"Before I became a monster he died trying to protect me and that was one of the reason why I turned into a monster.. I got a trauma from it.."You say making him frown"Oh.. Im so sorry.."You smiled at him an cupped his cheeks with both your hands"No problem Hyun Su its ok.. Plus I have you the right know"You say and pinch his nose on the last sentence making him smile lightly"You should smile wider!"You say making him flustered"H-huh??"He says"Smile wider"You say stretching his lips ,he smiles wider and laughs"I miss this side of mine.. Thanks Y/N.."He says making you smile at him
