Spencer's POV

I stop the kiss I looked at Jonny I didn't even kiss him I got to admit he's a pretty good kisser but still me and toby had a fight and he say him kiss me! Ugh life right now. Toby came in the door with roses and a box maybe jewelry?

What the hell Jonny. Spencer I told you this guy is no good he made you almost go to jail!!

I'm didn't kiss him he kissed me and I didn't know!
Maybe Toby's right Jenny's making me do stuff I don't want to do

Flashback
Spencer's POV:

Jonny asked me if I wanted to go paint at Hollis and promised me dinner I guess I have to say yes.

I looked at the paper while drinking my coffee and saw that Toby couldn't make it to our "date" Toby's jobs more important than his girlfriend it's not a healthy relationship anymore.

Jonny got a van so he can fit his stuff in there.
I got in the van and we drove there

When we got there he lets me paint a bunny and talk about how I lost interest in the violin (Spencer's becoming me I play violin I'm losing interest in it)

I fell when I was coming down and Jonny catches me is he in love with me? He told me how he's attracted to a girl that's not in a good relationship is he referring to me?!

When we were done with the paints I was tired I wanted to go home. On the way home I saw a coffee shop that was open. He better not drink my coffee tomorrow!

The next day:

I woke up got dressed and looked at the newspaper
Hollis was broken into last night. Their were no witnesses or suspects of this crime. If you have any information or any ideas of who these people are please call our crimes stoppers!

I ran outside and went to the barn and Jonny came out

Are you serious you told me that you got the job at Hollis! I said

Well if I told you what really happened would you have came?

No! I don't need to be arrested!

Well I was seeing if you can step out of the box for once! He says

For once? Jonny I was arrested for murder and I'm on probation I don't need to be arrested again!

Well I didn't know!
I started to walk away and looked back

Well now you know!
I opened the door to my house.

Spencer! How couldnt have known he was doing this

I started to cry

Well maybe if you weren't a cop for a minute you would understand but I'm sorry if that's to hard for you!

I ran upstairs and slammed my door.

9:00 AM
Toby's POV

I'm in a fight right now with spencer she yelling about me being a cop and all that. Jonny is dangerous and she needs to realize that! I think I'm going to arrest him.

Jonny you are under arrest for breaking into a college.You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you by the state. I said
