Hello. I am Aiko Ami. Right now, I am headed to Dr. Ollis' office to tell him I want to stop being an astronaut. I have not always been a astronaut. And I never actually wanted to be one!  Officially, I was an ice skater. I used to skate my heart away on the ice. But... then the incident occurred. But Nevermind that! Let's focus on Dr. Ollis!

Dr. Ollis is my chief astronaut as I like to say. If I wanna quit, I need to tell him.

I approach the office and gently knock on the door.
"Hello? Who is it?" Asked Mr. Ollis from the other side.
"It's me! Aiko!" I told him.
Oh! Aiko! Come in, please! He gestured nicely. "Please forgive me, some bratty kids keep knocking on my door and every time I open it they splash water on me! You have NO idea how many shirts I've had to wash and dry!"

I giggled. But then I realized I had come on bad timing. Mr. Ollis was mad.
"Now, what did you want to tell me?" He asked as a he sighed.
"Uhmmmmm nothing! Nothing at all! I just wanted to drop by and say hi. So uh- hi?" I managed to jumble out.
"Ok! Well then. I need to attend to some spacey work stuff!"
"Ok! Good bye Mr. Ollis!"
"Bye bye now!"

I sighed as I walked out the door. "Whatcha doin in Mr. Ollis' office?" Asked a voice out of nowhere.
"EEEE!" I screamed. But then I realized it was just one of my co workers (and best friend), Aoi, short for Aoimi.

"You scared me ya big idiot!" I screamed at her. Then she started to cry. "Oh no no no no no! I'm sorry Aoi! I didn't mean to-" "HA!" she laughed. "you DO care about me!"

I groaned and walked down the hall. Aoi chased after me. "Hey! What were you doing in his office huh?" She questioned suspiciously. "I was gonna tell him I wanted to.. uhm.. quit being an astronaut." It took her a second to process it, but a second later she screamed "WHAT?! WHY?! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED SEEING THE STARS????!!!!"

And I do. I thought to myself. "Yea. But I think it's time I set my mind back on ice skating." She gasped even more. "FINALLY! YOU USED TO BE SO HAPPY WHEN YOU ICE SKATED" I smiled and headed back to Mr. Ollis' office. I may as well tell him now. It's now or never!
