chapter 5

Sage POV
"how much longer until we get there?" i asked bored out of my mind. "we're almost here a few more minutes!" blair responded excitedly. during the whole drive there i was thinking about what i would say... for an example if someone were to insult me i would just laugh it off because that's the kind of person i am. but i knew one thing for certain that no matter what i would say no to harry lewis.

Third Person POV
they finally arrived. blair and sage got out of the car and glanced at eachother. if you didn't know who they were you would guess that they were some kind of models. that's how powerful they looked. both girls fixed up their outfit and tried finding the building they were supposed to go in.

Sage POV
christ almighty. i cannot believe that im going to be in a sidemen video. i took it all in as blair and i walked in through the front doors of the place. "holy how much more stairs are there??" blair said while putting her hand on her forehead. "hi guys, here for the sidemen shoot?" this ginger guy asked blair and i. he could be mistaken for ethan's brother or something i thought. "yes we are!!" blair smiled and shook his hand, i just smiled. "right this way ladies!" ethan's doppelgänger said. we followed him and he showed us this backstage room. "now here you will find everything you need, so you'll just chill out here until you're called! have fun and good luck." he chucked and waved at us.
it's finally here. i've been waiting for saturday and it's here!

Third Person POV
it's been about an hour and a half since the girls had been backstage. there were about 25 girls in total, they were just about to call the 19th girl until she got too nervous and ran all the way to the bathroom. she wouldn't budge and get out so they just continued. blair was really nervous since she was gonna see harry any minute now and she had no idea what to expect nor act. every time a girl would finish their turn they would either come back with a grin or a slight frown indicating that they all complimented her and it went okay or someone insulted them and it backfired.

"monica you're up. blair get ready you're next." the guy later revealed that his name was kon said. two backstage people had gone up to blair and fixed her mic perfectly since she was next. you had to be a genius to know if blair was nervous she's very good at not showing it but after all the years sage has been friends with blair she knew right away. "hey hey it's okay, just go out there and be yourself." sage comforted blair as she put a hand on her back.

monica came out with a frown. "5 seconds blair come on!" kon shouted. blair looked at sage with a smile and got up. once blair walked up to the X where it indicated for her to stand she knew it was time. the walls and floor was white. there was this tinder cardboard in front of her with a window for them to see eachother. there was very big and bright lights shining on them. "whenever you're ready big man!" ethan had shouted to kon. kon responded with a thumbs up indicating that they were recording.

blair had taken a deep breath and looked into the camrea and smiled. "hi i'm blair williams i'm 24 and from london." the first boy that walked up looked a bit shorter than blair. " hi i'm tobi, i'm 27 and you remind me of man united because i want YOU on top of the table." tobi smirked and looked directly into the camera. blair was ultimately shocked, she smiled, and swiped right. "just because!" was the last thing she said before the room got overcrowded with "let's go tobi!" "go on my son!" and just overall loud noises from the rest of the boys.

so far blair had said yes to tobi and ethan. everyone had gone except harry. it was now his turn. blair had noticed that harry was next so she fixed her hair and outfit. "hi i'm harry, i'm 24 and would you-." blair cut him off. "yes yes yes yes!" blair loudly said while tapping an imaginary button. harry shyly smiled and walked over to the yes side and giving high fives to the rest of the boys there. the boys cheered harry on since he's really bad with girls.

while the boys were cheering for harry blair had winked at harry and left the room.

"sage! harry totally noticed me." blair playfully said. "yea yea whatever" sage could care less about blair's obsession with harry. "debbie you're up. sage get ready you're the last one." some backstage crew member said. sage was dreading to see this harry guy. but she was excited for her first time shooting with the sidemen.

about 25 minutes later debbie came back with a grin and she winked at blair. blair took this as an insult and flipped her off. guessing debbie knew blair had eyes for harry, sage thought. "sage it's your turn, you're the last one so make it entertaining." kon explained. "got it boss!" sage sarcastically said while giving him a thumbs up.

guess i'm actually doing this. sage thought while walking up to where the X is. "andddd in 3 2 1." kon gave a nod. "hi i'm sage blane, i'm 23 and from london." sage said with a laugh.
