Quick authours note! I based this loosely off of the OHSHC physical exam, specifically how I think it would've gone for Haruhi if only Kyoya was involved, but modified it so that it would make sense to the story, so if I explain something wrong, please tell me!
Once the three got back into class, it was almost time to go to to the main building for the physical exam. Nagisa was worried about that, but he was glad that he was going to be with two people he trusted. Kayano looked over at Nagisa, knowticing how he looked tense, so she put her hand on her arm, which made the boy look ever at her, & she smiled at him, which seemed to calm him down a little. Then Kayano shot a death glare at Karma, basicially telling them to be careful handling Nagisa, since he was worried, & Karma can be a little insensitive.
A minute or so later, Karasuma said to the class, "Hey. It's time to go to the main building. The octopus said to tell you guys to be on your best behaviour, yadda yadda."
"Wait why isn't he here?," asked Mimura.
"He got sad that he couldn't go with us, so he is crying in the teacher's lounge, but nevermind that. Let's go."
With that, the students & Karasuma had started their journey to the main campus, which because of the monthly assembalies, was a walk in the park for them.
When class 3-E did get to the building, they were told to split off & to go to their respective areas, while Nagisa had to stall from his classmates so he wouldn't go with them. Eventually, after they've all went away, & Kayano gave one last threat to Karma, the two non cis teenagers stood outside with Karasuma.
The three of them made their way into the school quietly, as to not disturb the other physical exam rooms, when they spotted the principal's son wondering the hallways very secretly. Huh, wonder what that's about. Anyways, it didn't take long before the three were at the room where Karma & Nagisa were going to have their physical exams, separated by a curtain of course.
Karasuma gave out a quiet," Good luck," that only Nagisa could hear, which was good, since Karma would use it for their giant ego of theirs.
When both of the exams started, Nagisa & Karma weee both lead away with a doctor each, leaving Karasuma outside to wait for them both. The exam it's self wasn't too bad, except for the dysphoria both of the teenagers felt. Karma got unlucky as to have a more feminine day, so their flat chest just wasn't doing it for them. Nagisa got lucky on that specific day, since his dysphoria was rather low for him.
The doctor who was examining Nagisa was actually very nice, & did well to remembed his pronouns, which made Nagisa happy. Now, Karma on the other hand. The doctor who was examining them kept on accidentally using the wrong pronouns for Karma, which was very invalidating & it took everything they had not to snap at the doctor.
Once the exam was done, which was longer than Karma wished it was, Nagisa & Karma walked back up to Mr. Karasuma & they yeeted the heck back to the front of the school where the students divided.
After a couple minutes, Class 3-E was back at the front, minus a student who was using the bathroom. But after about a minute, he came back out too.
"Everyone is here," said Karasuma, "Let's go back now.
With that, Class 3-E walked back to their building. What they didn't know, was a certain Class 3-A kid watching them.

I know this was a short chapter, but I just wanted to get it done. I know that I hyped this up a little too much, but it was giving me so much stress that I just wanted to end it & get into the next part of the story. Once again, sorry about it! Now, go drink some water.
