This is a WIP i'm just publishing it now because...i don't have a reason just enjoy :)
Class 1-a has a strange thing for polyamory, There's a 4 way going on right now between the 2 chubby girls Ochaco Uraraka and tsuyu asui aswell as deku and bakugou. And aswell as that the morbidly obese momo yaoyorozu is in a 3way with jirou and todoroki. In terms of weight the ranking would be at this point in the story( being before it starts)

As for class 1-B, much to monoma's delight they're at far more reasonable weights. Aside from kendo who's a little on the pudgy side.
And for the LOV they're all quite protective of their resident pudgy queen, himiko toga. She's not even as large as uraraka tho so she can't even be considered chubby.
And then there's mei hatsume a little giant of sorts, since her first year she's definetly gained a few but nothing to much, she's even slimmer than toga tbh.

Momo Yaoyorozu
"Jirou..."Momo's huge cheeks were painted with a slight pinkness "Yeah! You ok?" "My uniform doesn't fit" The slimmer girl giggled "Well yeah you've gained some weight this month, it can't be that bad though can we come in?" "Is roki with you!" "Yeah." Todoroki's voice cut in. "oh ok" They opened the door "Momo, that's your first year uniform, remember when you only had weight in you breasts? That's why it doesn't fit, you've barely gained any weight your second year one'll still fit" Todoroki tickled under her first chin "May we undress you?" Jirou prodded a diamond of fat that was pushing through her straining shirt buttons. She licked her thighs through the fabric and purred "Let's go then mommy..."
Tsuyu Asui
Tsuyu's bulging gut pressed against her uniform as deku coressed her thighs "Izu? If it's my turn to be pampered could you bring me some grapes" As she spoke the fat on her face wobbled and a double chin occasionally began to grow, never fully forming though. Ochaco poked her head round the doorway and beamed "Tsu-chan, you're looking a little big for any more food" 'I hope she doesn't mind the teasing like me' she worried. Tsuyu struggled to sit up. Her bloated gut, full of fruits to bursting point, pressed against her fat thighs stopping her "Ok, could you take me to bed then midoriya-chan?" "You need some help carrying her deku-kun?" Ochaco laughed, her own stomach wobbling as she did so. "TSU ISN'T THAT HEAVY!" Deku's voice cracked as he scooped up the fatty frog, his arms shook slightly "Deku, if i'm so light why are your arms shaking?" Tsu asked innocently "I, uhh, tsu-" Tsuyu giggled "Don't worry izu, i know i'm fat" Tsuyu slapped her gut to illustrate that point. The bloated mound wobbled back and forth occasionally hitting her thighs and breasts sending ripples across those aswell. "See?" she laughed until she felt gas rising up her throat. She burped, her mouth open so wide she gained a full second chin. "Grapes in bed izu-kun?" She began unbuttoning her uniform.
