Okay I know that this story has no hopes but i just wanted to continue this even if it was short cuz this story came in my brain during my classess and I wanted to share it :] SO I HOPE YOU ENJOY :D
CHAPTER 2- - - - - - Long lost
"2 CHICKEN FILLETS FOR A DOLLAR ONLY IN MAC N MAC CHICKENS!" I proudly advertised with a chicken mascot on. As I was handing flyers, I caught a man in a suit staring at me. I was so tired so I just shrugged it off. "MIA!!!!" my bestfriend screamed. "Its time for your shift!" she said cheerfully. "YES!" I said as I saw my boss coming near me having loads of cash "As promised I'd give you 20 bucks extra for your shift and the mascot" I did a fist up when suddenly everything went blurry and then it became dark. . . "Huh?" as I saw two familiar figures infront of me "She's awake honey"dad said. "Oh my you should'nt be working so hard on yourself, you might pass out again" mom patted my head worrily. "Well its for college" I said while getting up. I saw my parents stare to each other with depressed looks, I know that they werent financially firm and I couldn't blame them, Dad works in a car shop while mom was just running errands in the neighborhood. I thnk I should take a shower, I said sniffing my shirt. As I was going to the bathroom, mom grabbed my hand and said "Your dad and I wants you to know that we love you so much, and we never wanted you to suffer like this, we also want you to know that we are so sorry that we can't always buy the things you want." I stared at them with water about to pour down my eyes "I don't blame you guys for this and I hope you know that I'll love you guys no matter what" I choked up the words and they cried and i hugged them trying to hold back the tears but they just run down "I think you should really get a shower" mom said laughing. I swear I had the weirdest emotional family on earth. As I took of my clothes I heard a shutter "WHOS THERE?!" I screamed, no one answered that scared me. . .
GRAY'S POV
"You've got an appointment on 2 in the afternoon and 7:30 in the evening" I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard my secretary telling me my schedule Dammit Prescott keep your head in the game concentrate, Hey what can I do I'm Gray Prescott soon to be the successor of the amazing Michael Burton the owner of twelve stuff animal companies, 7 world class hotels and so much moreI can't fail anyone now that I'm so close to fame of the Prescott family. "Ok please prepare the conference room, I'll be there at 1 first I'll take a jog" I said to my secretary I needed to cool down I had a strange dream and I needed to loosen up its still 7 in the morning so I'll make my free time last. "BEEP BEEP" I heard my doorbell rang "Come in" I said politely
"Sir, we are from the security agency company and were here to inform you about Mr. Burton's long lost grandaughter it may seem that we have found her." I opened my eyes shocked
"Wait what? Who gave you permission to find the imposer?" I asked almost mad not wanting that wanna be to steal my hardwork "Ring Ring" I picked up my phone
"It seems that you have heard the news! Isn't it exciting? I have found her Gray!" I heard Mr. Burton's cheerful voice in the other line
"But uncle! how sure are you that she is the one? that she isn't and imposter?!" I said worrily "We took a piece of her hair when we broke in to her house and went to her room and our DNA's matched she also has the same heart shaped birthmark on her wrist, she also resembles MA--"
he cut himself off, I could hear him trying to compose himself knowing he just opened a sad topic "Anyways we will be picking her up but she may not accept it so I want you to talk with your cousins how to ambush her" there was an akward silence "Umm sir? I don't think thats a good way to welcome her as your only heir to the Burton's company" "well what do you suppose we do?" he asked in a serious tone now "Well let bob fetch her and you meet her in the end" wait why am I doing this? I'm suppose to hate this kid for stealing my fame
"Ok that'll settle it good day to you Gray, oh and please organize the welcome party for her" I did a silent scream for a moment "Understood" said in the most promising way God I hate my job right now

Okay this chapter was kinda boring it was just to welcome and to get the characters more
