'Y-you can see me??' The boy exclaimed.
'Erm...yes.......' I announced in a puzzled tone of voice, 'and put on some clothes already ??'
'I- AHH.'Flustered, he grabbed the closest article of clothing and dashed out of the room, his cheeks turned a crimson red. ' baaaka,' I thought to myself.
Impatient, I knocked on the door he entered and demanded my goose back. it was no use, he wouldn't respond. Defeated, I trotted back to my oatmeal bucket... ' Come, sekki!' I could hear just barely from the other room. 'I wonder who he is talking to.....' I thought. Putting my ear up to the locked door, I attempt to listen in on his 'private conversation'.
'Are you hearing this you-kine kun?? She can see us! She's human too! I know, it's crazy, what should I do ? I can't just abandon her now. Okay, okay...fine'
He abruptly opens the door, knocking me down on the ground. 'Sorry !' He reached his hand out to to mine, and our eyes meet as he pulls me up gently😕.
' So, what were u doing collapsed on the road, with nothing but a axe, journal and goose' Yato asks.
' you see...I got kicked out😇'
'I figured, well I- I mean....maybe you could...s-stay with us ? Yato looks away, blushing violently.🤨
'Are you kidding ?? I'd love to!' I respond. Yato looks up, with a beaming smile😁
'Anyway, would you mind explaining what is occurring right now.' I inquire sharply.
'So......the thing is.....I'm a god.'

A short giggle escaped my mouth, soon turning into hysterical laugh in which a tear came down my cheek; I then collapsed and rolled on the floor in laughter. 'S-stop, it's true !' I'm a minor god, and I'll prove it !' He then proceeded to strut out of the cottage into a field of walkers. 'Matte ! What do you think you're doing ?? You're going to get eaten !
'Thou who dares desecrate this land of the rising sun! With my advent, I, the Yato god... lay waste with the Sekki... and expel thy vast defilement'
In the blink of an eye, he miraculously destroys all of the walkers in his path. ' oh my days ! You really are a god !' I exclaimed in disbelief.
He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly while maintaining a big cheeky grin on his face, 'you-kine, introduce yourself already !' A blond haired teenage boy with fiery, fiesty eyes and an obvious attitude emerged ✋Yato captured him in a headlock and rustled his hair. In a playful way. 'T is you-kine Kum, he's my regalia, in other words, the weapon gods use to slay walkers, I am Yato-sama🥺' 'Iliana' I say in a cool way to seem cool.
*ring ring [capypa land intro plays as a ringtone] Flustered, Yato quickly answers the phone, then bursts into song and dance.
'Fast, reliable, and affordable delivery god, Yato!" Yato exclaims, it seems as though it was practiced for so long, almost sounding like some sort of ritual😳
'You-kine kun, we have a job ! Finally! Now with the 5yen I shall receive I can purchase a good luck toy for my soon-to-be shrine !' Yato busts with excitement.
'Huh ? What job ??!' I exclaim with obvious puzzlement, ' Yato does short dumb ass jobs, charging 5 yen so that he can get popular🖕🙄🖕' you-kine explains.
*later on in the evening I shut all the curtains to the cottage, expecting to spend the night alone, as usual, when I hear the door open. ' we are finally home !' Exclaims yato-sama. ' I am officially out of commission 💀 how about let's play a game, what about twister ! You-kine offers.
' YES. See this is why you're the best regalia a god could ever ask for you-kine'
'Get a room🤢' I remark.
Yato spins the wheel as we all entangle upon each other, eventually you-kine's legs give way and I find myself on top of yato-sama😰. My hair dangling as he looks me up and down, I could feel my butterflies in my stomach as I tucked my hair behind my ear and gazed in his kind eyes, that were now gazing at mine as he blushes uncontrollably. Gathering my thoughts, I climb off him and we both exchange a quick glance, he smiles at me with warmth in his eyes🥺
The rest of the evening is filled with laughs and joy and I find myself feeling.....what is this feeling.....is it happiness ? I ponder as I lay down and slowly drift off into a deep slumber.
