"Papa! I won't let them get my daughter! She don't even know anything about any of this deal or the world we left that she need to enter! Papa! What should I..." -Mom na kausap si lolo sa office niya dito sa bahay.

Ako naman...

nakadikit ang tenga dito sa . . . .

paano ko ba ieexplain to.

uhm..

andito kasi ako sa ceiling nila,. umakyat ako dito, dumaan ako sa maliit na box sa ceiling ng kwarto ko.

"Don't worry Tanya, she know what she's doing. Whatever happens."

"How could you be so sure??!" -mom

"Inihanda ko na siya, We secretly go to trainings when we go out twice a month.

I started to bring her at the academy when she's 6 years old...."

"But papa??! why did you ...."

"It's because I noticed that she don't want me to buy her something pink or something too girly for her when I take her to the mall.

But everytime we walk infront of 'weapon shop' she stops and run holding my hand,

taking me inside the shop while pointing to guns and samurais.

So I tried to take her to 'The Academy', she thought it's only a simple taekwondo class or gun firing classes.

I tried my hardest to hide every single truth from her until now, I even talked to the teachers to give her special classes, and it all worked."

"She didn't tell me any.." -nagtatakang tanong ni mom na pinutol naman ni lolo

"Because I told her to"

Nakita kong kumalma ang mukha ni mommy, sinisilip ko din sila no. hoho!

"Pa, I think I need to have a break, I'll be back." -mom

At lumabas na siya ng office.

After less than 5 seconds ng pagclose ng door.

"Kirstie, come down." -Lolo

Binuksan ko yung lagusan, yung maliit ng box at mahinahong tumalon pababa sa loob ng office niya.

I have my usual facial expression,

Poker face with my cold look.

"So? Lolo?

You knew that I heard everything huh?."

. ..3mins silence

"Why did you pretend to have an amnesia?"

"I was..."

"Reserve you explanations, wait for your mom."

Hindi nagtagal ng 10seconds at saktong nagbukas ang pinto pumasok si Mom

habang nakaupo ako sa isang chair ni lolo na may gulong at umiikot dito sa harap lng din ng desk.

Si lolo ahy kalmadong nakaupo sa umiikot din niyang upuan pero masmalaki ito tapos nakaentertwine mga fingers niya with matching pa-dekwatro ng paa.

Nakaharap siya sa window sa harap na nakatalikod sakin.

"K-Kirstie?" -bati sakin ni mom na nakahawak ng cup of coffee.

Humarap na din si lolo saamin at nagsimula na ako.

"So, as I was saying. I was just acting when you thought I had an amnesia. Kasi, alam niyo namang ayaw na ayaw ko sa clinic tapos ipinasok niyo pa ako sa clinic?! Eh pwede niyo naman akong iuwi nalang. Ok, back to the topic. Actually tawang tawa na ako dahil sa mga mukha niyo noon sa clinic when I started to act, but when I was about to tell you that I was just kidding, that's when you started to say weird things like alpha phoenix or whatever those are kaya yun!"

"nagdrama muna ako" -pagtuloy ko pa.

. . .a minute of silence and...

"I'm tired of talking, it's time for you to explain."
