Thanks to my demon side, I was still young looking. A little. My uniform felt a bit tight, like my body had grown. Oh, well.

I then heard footsteps, getting closer to me. I hid behind a ruined building and peered over, making sure not to get caught.

Slade bots? Impossible! I screamed in my mind as I saw several Slade bots roam the city. This was Jump City. But Slade bots were all over the place. I hid again. This is really bad. Way, way, way too bad.

Suddenly, a hand pulled me out of the way. I instinctively tried to fight, but was quickly dragged away.

After a while we finally stopped. The person, the girl, turned to me, "What were you thinking? You know curfew is at 9 p.m. Wait, you look familiar. Raven?"

I looked at the girl, there's no way someone from a hundred years could remember me. I should be old news by now. "Who are you?"

"Oh, of course, you wouldn't recognize me with this mask. Part of the suit.” the girl said. And then she pulled off her mask.

Terra.

How was she alive? Maybe being a statue allowed her to live long.

"What's going on? Why are there Slade bots everywhere?"

Terra looked at her amused. "Really? Ever since you left the Titans, the villains all took over, since everyone was busy looking for you. Especially Beast Boy, well Changeling now. He even left the Titans to search for you. And then after a few months, the leader was murdered. It wasn't a fair fight. And well, now, in 2025, us heroes have to stick together, don't we?"

"Wait, 2025?"

"Yeah."

I'm only ten years into the future. Not a hundred. Oh, no, that means. The Titans are still alive. And Robin, he could've still be alive, but he was murdered. No, this is all wrong. "I need to go." I said and turned, trying to get away.

"No, wait! Raven—"

"I'm not Raven. I'm, I'm Rachel. And I have no idea who you are, so just leave me alone, I don't want any trouble."

"Raven! Beast Boy needs you! He's not himself. And don't even try to play it off. It's been ten years, and he still is looking for you! He won't give up, Raven."

Raven turned to Terra, and looked at looked at her straight in the eyes, "How can I trust you? You betrayed me once. I was hurt, I'm not falling for it again, Terra."

"I'm not Slade's apprentice, Raven. Look into my eyes and tell me I'm lying!" Terra pleaded.

Raven stalked up to her, and did exactly that. She saw that she had fought Slade plenty of times. She wasn't lying. Raven gave Terra a rare smile, and hugged her tightly, which was even rarer. Only Beast Boy and Robin had been given a hug from Raven before. One was murdered, and the other was still looking for her. This is all my fault, then. If I hadn't left, we could've had a better life. "Terra, this is all my fault. If I hadn't left ten years ago, none of this would've happened."

"Raven, part of it may be your fault, but not all of it. Now, C'mon, Bea— I mean, Changeling would love to see you." Terra grinned and dragged Raven away.

Terra's POV

I can't believe I found her! Changeling will be pysched. I haven't told Raven yet, but the reason Changeling was always looking for her, was because he loved her. At first, I couldn't believe it. They were polar opposites. Not in a million years have I thought that goofy, annoying Beast Boy could have a huge crush on emotionless, non-caring Raven. But like the saying, opposites attract.

I took Raven to the place we were stationed at. The old T-Tower. Slade hasn't done anything to tear it down, so Changeling and I stayed there with the others, but they were all gone. Starfire, had left because of Robin's death, she couldn't take it, and went home to Tameran. Cyborg, went to D.C to work there. Leaving Changeling and I in charge of the city. So far, it's been bad. There were too many Slade bots everywhere.

"Well, we took over, for the others, but we're not doing very well. Changeling is possibly in the back, playing with street kids."

I led her to the back and surely enough there he was. He was a wolf, and the kids were playing with him. Laughing and giggling. I smiled and out the corner of my eye, I saw Raven smile slightly, but she seemed confused. Maybe because the animal wasn't green.

"Oh, yeah, Changeling's been practicing. It's almost perfect. His eyes won't change much, they will always be that green. But other than that small flaw, you can't tell him apart from a real one." I explained.

Changeling's ears perked up at the sound of my voice, he turned and saw me and gave me a look, I'm in trouble.

He changed into his human form, which was still completely green, and told the kids to get home. They all left quickly and then he turned to me, "Where were you? It's past nine, Terra. You know Slade bots will kill you on spot." He then saw Raven, his eyes widened, a look I haven't seen in a long time, "Raven?" he croaked. His voice was full of astonishment and hurt. I smiled and then disappeared into the tower.

Changeling's POV

I stared at the girl who had left my life ten years ago. Who left without a word. Without saying goodbye. I chuckled a little, "You left without leaving a note."

"Gar, I'm sorry. But I had to leave. I'm sorry. This—All of this is my fault. I left, Terra told me that this all started when I left. I'm so sorry. Beast Boy—"

"Changeling, but call me Gar. I like it when you do." I corrected.

"And now you're correcting me, this is all wrong." Raven looked down to the ground.

I decided to risk being hurt, and I hugged her tightly. "Rae, I've missed you." I breathed in her natural smell. Lavender and herbal tea. How much I've missed that smell in the morning. Then I noticed something, she seemed uncomfortable, but not because of me hugging her, her uniform. It was tight. "Were you forcing the uniform on you?"

Raven smiled, and chuckled. Wait, Raven smiled? And chuckled? Was she able to feel now?

"No, I just forgot to grab other clothes. I had to flee. I just grabbed the first thing and used my magic to put it on, and it just happened to be my old uniform."

"I think I can help ya with that." I said and took her towards the tower. When we reached it, she seemed hesitant. I looked back at her, "It's okay, Rae Rae. No one's in danger here." I took her hand in mine to show her that I meant it.

She blushed slightly, but nodded and walked ahead of me, dragging me inside.
