When she so called "died" in the Netherverse she fled to Ratchet's dimension and, just like Vendra and Neftin, took a form that could survive in that dimension. But don't be fooled by her form because she can still use her powers and lure people into doing what she wants them to do, also for a short time turn into her normal form and eat their life energy if they are unlucky.
Nega/Siren Nethers ate normal Nethers life energy and used their hate to get stronger powers, so Morgana has to eat a lot of people's lives since they don't have the same kind of energy Nethers have... So if Neftin, Rachel or someone else who is a Nether run into her they better run for their lives if they want to live!
Morgana is now a very well known and feared maffia boss who is known by the name Lady Widow, everybody in the galaxy knows who she is and how dangerous she is but they don't know what she looks like since most people who have encountered her have had their life energy eaten and died at her hand. Only those who work for know what she is and they know what she is planning... Bringing her kind back from the dead.
Morgana is cold-hearted and never shows mercy to those who turn their back on her... She is merciless and never thinks twice before she decides a persons faith, so those who tries to do things behind her back will have their lives taken away from them by her. It took years for her to built up her reputation so she is the most wanted criminal in the whole galaxy, even Dr. Nefarious fears her after accidentally encountering once and angering her... He had to make a promise with Morgana to help her so he would survive and not die at her hand like everyone else.
So yeah... Morgana is a cold-hearted bitch who is literally heartless but wants to find her daughters so they can be at her side and rule alongside with her.
