Danielle Fallon- Sydney born, very out lesbian staff writer for a local Sydney based magazine and known WWE fan.
Rhea Ripley- Closeted, at least to her co-workers Adelaide born WWE NXT UK superstar.
It started out as just another assignment for Da...
I was sitting at my desk in the office of Aussie Pulse, the Sydney based magazine I worked for when my Editor, Bryan knocked on my office door and poked his head in.
"Hey Dani, got any plans for this weekend?" He asked.
"Beach, maybe a visit to my Mum and Dad. Why?" I questioned.
"We want you to go and interview someone. Her name is Rhea Ripley, she's gonna be part of our Sport Stars edition next month." He explained.
"Okay, so when do I leave?" I asked.
"As soon as you can get home and get packed." He smiled while handing me a envelop.
It contained my tickets, press badge and some details about the woman I was interviewing. Apparently she was born in Adelaide, and was thought to be the next big thing in the company. I made a mental note to look her up while I was on my flight since flying was always a scary experience, no matter the number of times I had flown before.
The flight didn't leave until tomorrow morning super early so I had plenty of time to get packed and drop my cat Marie off at my mum and dad's before I left. I exited the office building and made my way to my car. While driving home I gave my mum a ring.
"Hello darling. How's it going?"
"Hey mum. it's good. Listen, I have to go on another work trip, is it okay if I drop Marie off to you in a bit?"
"Sure, we're home. Just come when you can. Love you."
"Okay, I will. Love you too."
With that I hung up, and finished my drive home. I immediately went in and went right to my bedroom. It was just a two day trip and just one where I needed to look somewhat business-y so I packed my favorite outfit and tossed it to my bed while picking out heels to wear.
Once that was done I tossed some comfy clothes into the mix, one of my bikinis just in case my hotel had an indoor pool. I also tossed in a coat since my brain reminded me that while it was sunny and warm here that wasn't the case elsewhere.
After I got my clothes packed up and my absolute essential make up in a travel case I set about getting Marie into a carrier and her food together. The food was easier to get than she was.

"Come on my gorgeous girl, let's go see Gran- Gran." I told my cat like a crazy person.
She was my only companion right now, I hadn't had a girlfriend in over two years and haven't had an actual date since the break up. It wasn't for the lack of trying though, because I was, but wasn't having any luck at the moment.
