Author's Note: It's 2023 now and I just decided to just post this, this has been on my drafts for more than a year because I was planning to edit it. But I'm too lazy and forgot about this.

I wrote this fanfic when I was 13 years old. Apologies if it is cringe and confusing. I wrote this in 2021 and I lowkey regret it. Likewise I have no intention of editing nor continuing this. Thank you for understanding <3

Mikasa sat down by the usual oak tree where she and her boyfriend hangout when they date. She prepared a picnic date for her and Eren. The boy said to meet her at their usual place. He has something important to discuss with her

Mikasa saw his boyfriend at the distance. "Hey Eren!" Mikasa shouted at a certain brunette boy who was walking towards her

"Glad you made it" Mikasa smiled at his current boyfriend whom she dated for almost 2 years. Their second anniversary is this upcoming saturday

Eren didn't hug mikasa or anything. Which led to Mikasa asking what was wrong. "Mikasa, Theres something I need to tell you" Eren said in a serious tone.

"What is it?" I asked quite confused. Eren seems so serious and tense, this might be important. He took a deep breath and said "Let's end this"

The raven haired girl frose. She couldn't say anything. Is he saying they should break up?

"Wha- what do you mean Eren?" Mikasa asked hoping that she just misunderstood what he said

"I'm breaking up with you." Eren coldheartedly said. She felt my heart broke into pieces

"W-what? Why?" She began to tear up and asked in a cracked voice preventing herself from crying.

"This is not gonna work Mikasa" He said

"Why?!" Mikasa shouted. Eren did not say a word. "Why Eren? Just tell me the reason!" She said while tearing up "Did I do something wrong? Is there something wrong with me?" She asked him

"Just tell me what's wrong with me and I can fix it. Please don't leave me" Mikasa begged as she held Eren's Hands

"Mikasa.. Just stop.. I just don't feel the spark we had. I don't love you like before" Eren answered

Her whole world collapsed. They have been dating for the past 2 years now and now he'll just gonna waste it all?!

He said he'll never leave her. He said we we're gonna get married and live a happy life together. He PROMISED. Turns out it was just all lie...

Mikasa fell on the ground trying to process what happened. She was numb. She was helpless. How can she be this stupid?

Eren didn't even bother to comfort his girlfriend, now ex. He looked away and left her crying on the ground pretending that nothing happened.

"You shouldn't have done it Eren" Armin said for the hundredth time. They were at their apartment drinking some alcohol

"Armin please. Stop making me feel guilty. I'm your friend. You're not suppose to be on her side" ErenI said as he drink my beer

"she's also my friend too, Eren" Armin said

"She's too obsessed, Armin" Eren said

"Eren, you saved her life. Of course she owes you big time" The blonde said

"there's a difference between obsessed and like, Armin" Eren replied back

Armin just sighed and drank the beer he has holding. Suddenly, Jean suddenly barged into the room with anger imprinted in his face

"What do you want Horseface" the brunette asked

"How dare you broke her heart! Again" Jean said as he punched Eren in the face. Eren did not fight back.

"Then go date her while you got a chance, horseface" he replied

He stopped

"As much as I love Mikasa, her happiness is always my priority. Even if I am not the one that can make her happy. I will do anything just to see her smile." Jean said

"I let her go because I love her. Her happiness was more important to me than my own. But instead, you broke her heart!" Then he kicked me and looked at me.

"Bastard." he said and walked away

Armin just looked at Eren, not bothering to help his bestfriend. He also thinks he deserves it

"you'll only realise that you lost something important to you when it's already gone" Armin said and left Eren behind
