after a long day at the office a bath is just what i need to end the day. of course i love taking baths by myself but i miss armins company. i miss his touch. i miss him dragging his fingers down my back as i fall asleep. we both have such busy schedules, our only quality time is when we go to sleep.
   —hours go by—
i finally get home and drop all my stuff on the kitchen counter. since ive been under a lot of stress i rlly want to go all out on this bath, candles and all.
i turn on the bath water to run and gather all the supplies, candles and such. everything is abt set up 10 min later and i finally strip down to step into the tub.
i immediately sink in, letting out a large sigh. i feel finally at peace. i look around the bathroom admiring the dimmed light, candles lit, and overall atmosphere.
20 min pass by and i hear the door open nd close. did armin come home early?

"hey beautiful " armin says smiling as he opens the bathroom door
"hey armin" i respond smiling back
"whatchu doing" he says slyly gazing his eyes across my body
"taking a bath. wanna join?"
"you know i do" armin answers walking towards the bath slowly taking off his clothes

of course with this scenario we were in, we could have easily started making out and proceeded from there but him and i both knew we just needed each other's touch and presence in that moment.
armin slide and sat down behind me, allowing me to lay my back onto him.

"i've missed you" he says as he's massaging my shoulder.
i felt his fingers graze all over my body, allowing me to release any tension i had.
" i have too. i hate how we barely see each other anymore" i turn my head, gazing my eyes into his pearls of hazel.
armin strokes a piece of hair out of my face and kisses me gently
"i know its hard. but let's just enjoy the time we have now" he says in the softest voice
i turn to my original position and lay onto him. we catch up abt our past week as he attempts to wash my hair and body.
a/n: i feel like armin would be so gentle omg we don't deserve him

it was as if time stood still. all that mattered was armin and i.
