The Secret Meeting

It was Sunday, cloudy and raining. The sky dark making the atmosphere gloomy and dreary. Well for the people not in the UN conference room. In that room, it was nothing but eerie and off-putting. No one in that room knew why they were there. The subject was kept secret for "safety". But this wasn't a regular UN meeting, the members present the organization humans that govern country humans and the country humans themselves, and all were present but one. The crowned eagle himself; America. 

 "Hello everyone. I know that everyone is curious about the subject of the meeting today and why it was so important to call on a Sunday of all days. All will be explained in a few moments. But before we start, I want everyone in this room to be told upfront that honesty and the utmost security must be used in the discussions we have today. We need to make sure no false information is spread. Along with the knowledge that nothing and I mean nothing can be shared after. Not even with each other. Know with that out of the way we can begin." EU concluded. 

As United Nations walked up to the podium and the European Union went and sat with the other Unions/organizations, the room became even tenser. Most wondered what the topic could be. Others how serious it could be. Most wondered how the topic or issue at hand would affect them( and their people). 

"Greeting everyone, I hope no one had trouble on their way here. And as EU said, I'm sure you are all very curious about the contents of which we will be discussing. So, I won't make you wait any longer. As some, if not all of you have noticed someone is not with us today." UN said, taking in a shaky breath. As nervousness rattled his body. He continues, "This is no mistake. For they are the meeting main object of concern." He paused looking back at his fellow Unions for confirmation. After they all gave a nod, he turned around to continue after a deep breath to calm himself. "America has been acting very out of character lately. Many of you may have noticed, as you are the ones to bring this to our attention. There have been a few incidences that have occurred this past month. We want to ensure the safety of all who work in the facility. But we want to make sure we have all the facts straight before we just do any sort of conclusions. Shortly we will have each country stand and share their experience, by stating when, where, and how the incident occurred. And then their opinion on the matter. After each, we will have a brief discussion about the incident in question and share our own opinions. We however do want people close to him and people who are, for lack of a better word, enemies with him, their opinions will not be taken into consideration as greatly as others because of an obvious bias.  Now with that out of the way, Brazil would you please start us off. Then they will be followed by Mexico, Great Britain, Japan, Italy, Russia, Cuba, then finally North Korea. Brazil would you please stand?" 

Everyone turned to look as Brazil stood and began, " September 17th, 12:30 pm, Back alley of the office building..........."
