Prem found out that Win had a heart problem but it wasn't serious,that's just how he really gets angry. His going trouble braething.

"Doc how is my son's condition?is he alright now,right?" The lady asked the doctor.
"Don't worry madam,his stable now. But he need to stay here in the hospital temporarily to monitor his condition..."the doctor answer.
"What do you mean doc?was there a problem with my son's operation?"
The doctor did not answer immediatly.
The lady started to tears. "Doc, why are you silent? Answer me!! There was no problems with my son's operation,did he?"
"I'm sorry madam,but you know the valve is not for life time. The patient is to weak, he suddenly had blood clots so it became the reason for cardiac arrest. Madam let's accept that it is impossible for the patient a normal life")
