Arriving in Seoul

This has been such a long journey, moving across the globe from a tiny island in Europe to one of the most thriving and popular cities in the whole world. It's all worth it though, knowing that I'm coming to pursue my dream career.

My life hasn't always been so easy, I left High School with little qualifications thinking that my intellectual journey had come to an end. You see, a few months ago I received an email from a company I applied to in Seoul, South Korea, to become an English teacher. Ever since I was a little girl I've dreamt of this opportunity and without a second thought I immediately took them up on their offer.

So here I am, outside the airport of one of the most beautiful cities in all the world. I pick up my suitcases and head towards the exit to call for a taxi. As I'm waiting for my taxi to arrive I hear faint screams coming from inside the airport, I shrug it off thinking it could be some overrated kpop star. I then get pushed forward by this unknown figure, I turn around to see two dark and mysterious eyes staring back at me "hey! watch it, you nearly knocked me over", my taxi then arrived to pick me up, I turned back to the unknown figure and sternly said to him "next time, please watch where you're going".

I arrived back at my apartment extremely exhausted from the jetlag that I had to endure throughout the whole flight. I placed my bags near the front door and immediately ran straight to my bed and belly flopped onto the bed like a starfish, I might order pizza later, I can't be arsed to cook tonight.

I think I need a well deserved rest after today's events, hopefully I won't bump into that rude person tomorrow (because let's face it, Seoul is a massive city).
