And so it started.

The first half of the day was all about showing Yoongi where everything is and him insisting that I should take the room. After a good hour of proving that I fit in the couch while he doesn't and a sincere talk about how I understand perfectly well that he needs a little privacy especially when creating music, he was settled in completely.

He spent most of the day at 'his' room and I spent mine setting things at the house to be fit for two.

Dinner came and that's when we finally talked after a couple of hours.

"Hey uhm just wanna ask if you're hungry for dinner and if so, we can cook Korean food tonight... I just need your help in what ingredients is needed and what needs to be done. If you're not busy I mean" I said to him.

"You sure? we can have something else" He replied standing from his chair.

"I actually like Korean and Japanese food a lot so its's cool" I said while we walked to the kitchen.

After a few awkward moments of him getting ingredients and me jus nodding we finally fell into a calm routine. I chopped things and he puts them in the pot and cooks it.

"This is reallyy good" I said tasting the food before we plate it.

"This is Kimchi Jjigae, I like soups a lot" He said to me while transferring some to his bowl.

"Me too, I crave soup and hot coffee even in the summer" I said chuckling a little.

We got the rice and ate peacefully, humming occasionally because of good food.

After washing the dishes, I gathered up some courage and asked Yoongi to have some coffee and a little talk with me at the couch.

"So uhm, I just wanted to talk to you. I know we are in an awkward situation but I really hope you can be comfortable while you're here, you don't have to ask me before using anything. The kitchen is yours whenever you're hungry" I started.

Yoongi nodded his head so I continued.

"Please don't feel like you have to talk or interact with me always just cause you're here. As you can see I live alone, If you feel like you want to stay in 'your' room the whole day it's more than okay. I'll just slide food and water in" I said laughing at the last part

He chuckled at that and took a sip of his coffee before replying.

"Don't worry I like helping with cooking so I'll be out for that" He said as I smile at him.

"Y/n.., thank you again for this. To be honest I'm not sure why I'm here. There was a lot of options but for some reason I felt more comfortable here. Staying at a hotel will just be everyday worrying of when people will know and being suspicious of every person there to assist me. I wanted to go home too but I guess after the tour I'm glad to get this kind of rest. My family is important to me but sometimes I just need some alone time to recharge, the boys agreed to this because they know me so well. Sorry you got in the middle of all this. All I can say is I guess this is what I needed" He continued.

"Believe me, I don't know why I agreed to this too. Right now I am in the middle of a situation as well. I am both scared and excited about moving forward and starting a life as an adult. All those years of studying I always said that I could not wait for me to get a job and earn money. But now that I'm here I realized how scary it is, all the responsibilities, limited time, political issues and just scared of making the wrong decisions and it being to late for me to start over. This will help me try to process these longer. I guess I needed this too" I said surprisingly opening up to him.

We took a moment to smile at the moment we just had. We knew all of this is very heavy for two people who just met

All of this are so intense and so sudden but somehow it just feels calm.

They said it's easier to open up to strangers because after you let your feelings out you can just go up and leave, but I got a feeling we won't be leaving anytime soon.

And as an overthinker that scared me shitless.
