New School

I am packing up to go to my dorm room today. I am very excited as it is my first time sleeping in and also get to meet my new roommate today and hopefully make a friend at the school who could show me around so that he wouldn't get lost. My new dad had already told me that my roommate is in the same class as me. I pack a few P.J's and my school uniform which we were supposed to wear today before we even got to the campus. I have a few more than everyone else and... as the headmastrer told me... Mine is also more expensive even though it looks the same. I grab my bag and put if by the door and go for a quick nap.

I have a dream about the house I lived in when I was three again. They seem to be much more constant than they usually were back at my old house. And there is another voice added to it. Not just my parents but another voice that I couldn't place.

I wake up and gasp for air, trying to shake the dream off. I hear knocking at the door and a male voice saying "miss, the headmaster told me too come up and ask if you are ready to go, and if you needed help with your bags."

I jump out of bed and yell "I'll be ready in a sec," as I grab the uniform that i'd layed out earlier in the day to get dressed into. I throw it on and make sure there is no wrinkles on it. As I was putting on my make-up and yell "Yes please, I would like some help with my bags,"

As soon as I am done with my make up I throw it in my duffel bag. I throw open the door and hand the guy my duffel bag and run down the stairs. I throw open the front door and slide into the car beside the headmaster. He looks over at me startled and asks " have a good nap?"

I look over at him and stutter out " H-how did you know?"

" I know ALL the things that go in at my house," He answers

"Oh," I say. I slum back into my seat and decide to try and sleep. instead I just stare out the window at the wall of green trees. The trees go all the way to the front of the school. The school almost looks like one of the old castles.

The headmaster turns to me and says " Come to my office after you have settlen in at your dorm and are all set up. I will take you down to the auditorium where i'll introduce you to both classes."

I nod my head at him and jump out of the car, grab my bag and run up to my room. I find my dorm room easily, My roommate is already sitting in there waiting in the bed. I run into the room and throw everything on my bed. I put my clothes into the dresser that is sitting there and put my makeup on top. My roommate startles me as she stand beside me so quitley I didn't even realize she was there " Hi, my name is Mari,"

I look over at her and gasp but quickly cover it up saying " Hi Mari, My name is Miki, Do you mind showing me to The office, I kinda don't know where it is and my fath- uh.. Headmaster told me to meet him there so he can introduce me or something like that,".o go?" I look over at her shyly expecting her to laugh at me.

"Of course, what class are you in anyway?" she asks

"Uh, I have no clue," I blush again

: Oh well, we will find out sooner or later anyway, you ready to go,"

"Umm, yeah, lets go," I say glad the i'd  made a new friend already.

She grabs a hold of my hand an leads my down the stairs and down a long hallway. We stop in front of the doors as someone walks out of it. I don't get a really good look at him but realize he is wearing a different coloured uniform than I am. I shake my head and open the door quietly.

Umm, hi," I say to the secretary sitting at the front, " I am here to see the headmaster,"

" Oh, hello, you must be Miki," She says, I nod my head at her " Well come along than dear, "

As we open the door the headmaster looks up form something that he was writing on a paper on hos desk. " Ahh, Hello Miki, You all set to go?" he asks

I nod my head at him and follow in behind hi as we walk down the hall "You'll be in the same class as your roommate so she can show you around," He says

He walks over to the front up to the podium after telling me to stay where I was. I stand there until he gestures at me to come up. He introduces me to the school and than I head to sit down beside Mari as everyone was sitting in there classes.

There was a few more announcements before we were let go. I stand up and Mari leads me down to our classroom. The teacher calls me down to the front and says " Miki, I understand that you'll be staying with the headmaster and that he'll be helping you catch up on all of your courses, so I'll give you all of you assignments now and you'll need to be all caught up in two months so that you'll be able to go to the class."

" Yes ma'am," I reply "may I ask how much work there is to do?"

" Oh of course, you'll have too catch up in English and Math, I believe that is it as everything else looks like you have passed it with flying colours, now go up to your desk and I will get all the assignments early,"

I nod my head at her and head over to my desk, which is beside Mari. I take out my textbook which is already in the desk and a notebook form my bag. The teacher tells us to turn to page 250 and answer all the questions. I look over the page and answer quickly as it is social study's and all the stuff that i'd already learned in school. I finish within the first thirty minutes. I head up to the front and put my answers in the bin. The teacher looks up at me and says " Done you work already?"

"Yup, It was pretty easy," I reply " Uhh, do you have any other work that I cand do?"

"Yes, of course," She answers and hands me a stack of papers " That is all the math and English that you missed, have fun working on it,"

I grab the stack and mutter a "Thank-you," before heading up to my desk.

I work on the homework right up until the end of class. Once class is over everyone scatters and starts to head off to there Dorm rooms. I grab my bag and pack it up with my homework and head to mine as well. Instead of working on the homework like I had planned to I end up falling asleep on my bed.

The week went by in about the same manner and I couldn't wait until the weekend came. My father was going to have a dinner and invite the Dorm leader of the Dusk class and I had heard from all the girls in every class that he was super hot....
