He pulled my arm out, placed his wand on it and then mumbled something. Suddenly, it hit me. There was no going back

I looked down at the mark on my arm...I felt like I was going to be sick. "Mum, I'm going to the restroom." I whispered. "Okay, just be back in time for the final dance ;)." I rolled my eyes playfully and headed upstairs. Making sure not to run. I reached my room and called my best friend by crystal ball. "Bestie!"she cried. "Pansy I got some TEA." I whisper-shouted.

"Spill!"

"Ok sooo, apperently I waltzed for an HOUR with DRACO MALFOY!"

*Insert dramatic gasp*

"Then I got IT. I had no other choice...if you don't wanna speak to me anymore that's cool too. I mea-"

"Then we're twinsies!"

"Stop playing Pans.."

She lifts her arm to the ball showing that same mark that I felt like barfing from.
"I guess I'll be seeing a lot more of you!" I said through giggles. "If that's even possible Y/n!" She giggles as well. "I have to get back but I'll see you soon Pans!" "Ok love you byee!" The ball is blank again.

I fix my hair and makeup with a simple spell and make sure to make it's sweat proof this time as the final dance is VERY long. I come back downstairs to a certain boy waiting at the last step.

"I never got your name."

"It's Light, Y/n Light." I spoke softly.

"That's a big legacy you've got there Y/n." He playfully replied.

"What? Does that intimidate you Malfoy?" I say with a smirk.

"Maybe.." I look at him confused. "Your family created half the spells I know, the women conquered land, the men got got rid of all threats, and the kids entertained the press! How is that not intimidating!" He says with a chuckle. "Your right. But your family has the signature smirk." He smirks. "Yeah that one!" I got a wave of butterflies but didn't show it.

My mum looks at me and mouths 'the final dance is starting soon!' "Y/n!"

"Yes?"

"Would you do me the honor and dance with me?"

"Let me think... Yes!"

He puts out his hand and laughs..my heart smiles hearing such and angelic sound. The song starts. *Play song NOW*

"You must really like Lauryn Hill, huh?"

"Like? No."

"Huh?"

"I love Lauryn Hill!"

He laughs again and my heart melts.

"Draco, why don't you show this side of you in school?"

"1. There's my family's reputation. 2. There's my FATHER'S reputation 3. I like what I see ;)"

He knew EXACTLY what he was doing to me, didn't he?

"So?"
