Naruto's POV

"I will endure that pain if it helps!" Hinata cried. "You wouldn't have let that happen, so I need to do all I can to ensure that I don't mess up again!"

Hinata, Naruto thought. How? How to make her understand...that she's like me.

"Hinata," he said. "Do you remember our time at the Academy?"

She slowly nodded.

"I was bad at pretty much everything, except for failing. I wanted so desperately to become Hokage, and I got frustrated so easily. There were times I wanted to give up, but I was too stubborn for that." He laughed lightly. "What I'm trying to say is, don't give up."

Blue eyes met white, and an understanding was reached.

Naruto spoke again. "Sometimes strength takes time to develop. When I came back from training with Pervy Sage, I was still miles behind Sasuke. And it took a while, but I did get stronger and I'm still working at it. I'm probably the worst person to be lecturing about patience but here we are."

He gave her a sheepish smile and Hinata's lips curved slightly in return.

"So right now, take a load off. Come eat some ramen with me." Naruto said.

Without thinking too much about it, He took hold of Hinata's hand and she let him sweep her away to Ichiraku.

Hey all, I hope you've enjoyed this mess of a story. Sorry that the writing format and povs got all weird. If i write another story, I'll learn from my mistakes. But I think this is the LAST PART of this story. I hope you enjoyed it! :)
