New york was big and new. I had never been there before, so it was very exciting.
But I already missed my mom and my bestie Joy. The first thing I was going to do was checking in to my hotel room. So I took a taxi and checked in. The room was big and fresh. A large bed with more pillows than I had ever seen.
Our practicing for the play started on Monday and today it was friday, so I had some time to explore the city.
- Where will I go first?.. I asked myself while searching up a bar.
Finally I found a that was close to the hotel. I took my green short dress with white dots, my white sneakers, a golden necklace and some golden and white, big earings. Just when I was about to leave, I remembered I had to take my beige handbag.
- Almost forgot it! I said for myself.
At the bar it was crowded but quite cozy anyway. I felt like my stomach needed food, so I decided to grab something to eat.
There was alot to choose, but I picked a sandwich with a smoothie. Then I waited for my food.
Finally it was done. I grabbed the tray and turned around to walk to my seat. Thats when I accidently crashed into a man. The sandwich and smoothie fell all over him.
- What just happened? A voice in my head shouted.
- IM SO, SO, SO SORRY!, Its all my fault! I said fast.
- No its okay, he said angry.
- No, its not okay I should have looked behind me first, I apologized embarrassed.
- I said im fine, just- don't do it again, he answered even more annoyed.
Then he walked away to the toilet.
A few hours later I arrived to the hotel again. It had been a long day and some sleep would maybe help my suddenly very bad headache.
