It was a few days after naruto left the village i would have done the same if i was him he was so hated and i felt really bad no being there for him i know its wrong for a sensei to fall in love with his student but naruto was so kind and bright after sasuke found out itachi was alive he wanted to kill him i tried to stop naruto from leaving but he didn't i was in the hokage tower doing paper work when one of anbu came in ''sir this was sent for you'' ''thank you'' i take the scroll and opened it but inside was blank paper when i went to close it a bright light showed on it the next thing i know is that i'm in a cave i heard crying not to far in the distance it sounded like naruto i think the person that sent me this wanted me to change the past i walked over to naruto and bent down ''w-who a-are you'' i looked at him with kindness in my voice ''i'm kakashi'' he looked at me and smiled i knew it was fake and i wanted him to wear a real smile so i told him something that made him burst in to tears '' you don't need to were fake a smile '' he hugged me and i hugged him i ask him ''do you want to be friend's'' he looked at me and nodded he was around the age of 12 i think i grabbed his hand and asked '' do you want some romen'' he nodded and we went the ramen restaurant '' hey kakashi who this?'' '' a friend his name is naruto'' ''hi there little guy lets get you some food'' we eat and we went to his house i told him to go get cleaned up and he went to take a shower i put on a movie and got us a blanket to use i think he was happy we watched the movie naruto asked me something that made me regret not being there for him he's alway wanted a dad '' can you be my dad?'' this tore me up inside i knew minato wanted to be here i promise minato ill take care of him ''sure naruto'' he smiled for real this time '' yay!!!'' he lit up with joy i'm happy to be here for him now we went to sleep not to long after i slept on the couch not wanted to make thing's weird i heard naruto scream i ran up the stairs as fast as i could he was having a panic attack he never had these at lest i thought so ''hey its ok its ok im here'' i told him he calmed down and i hugged him i asked him ''do you want me to stay with you?'' '' please'' i crawled in bed with him and cuddled him he went to sleep and never had trouble with him after naruto woke up he woke me he had to go to the academy he hasn't graduated yet so we had a little he woke me up and we got ready I walked him to school I never knew how bad it was for him I stood up for him today and I swear he gained self confidence "hey demon" " what do you want sakura"" I watched as she tried to punch him i stop her from doing it "don't touch my son sakura" "naruto doesn't have a dad" "he dose now" she left I walked naruto to class I went on a roof top to make sure he's safe after the day was over he came home "dad I'm home!!" "I'm upstairs!!" He ran up the stairs and gives me a hug I hugged back he like a child sometimes I broke the hug and asked him what he wanted for dinner I cooked his favorite fish with side of romen after he got done eating I put on a movie he layed his head on me and went to sleep I toke him to his I was about to leave when he grabbed my hand "don't leave" I smiled at him and cuddled him make sure he was safe
