Ok, first things first. We can't just start customizing with a dirty laptop. Take a tissue and wet it. Or, If by any chance you have disinfecting wipes. You can use those! Make sure to wipe every single part of the laptop thoroughly.
Once that's done, take another tissue and dry your device. Be sure to look for any more dirty spots on the laptop before drying.
