"You should confess to her." I tried saying it sincerely but I can't, I'm glad he didn't notice. "That's a great idea!" he said and smiled, I smiled back. "When will you confess?" I asked, "Tomorrow. I think." he said, his eyes were screaming happiness. "Do you want to plan it out? To make it perfect?" I asked, if letting go of him makes him happy, I'll be willing too.
"That's another great idea!" he said, "Okay, you should maybe buy flowers for her?" I said, "Yup, but where would I ask her to meet me?" he asked, the only idea on my mind is at this beach where we first met, and where we spent our first summer night together. "How about in a park?" I asked, "Ooh! That would be good! Thank you, Ji!" he said, "You're welcome bestie!" I said, my voice cracked at bestie but he didn't notice it. Or did he? "Are you okay? You should drink water, your voice cracked." he said and he gave me a bottle of water. I drank it and he smiled at me.
Seeing him happy makes me happy, even if he's happy because of someone else. I mean we're just bestfriends, nothing more, nothing less.
