Miserable Sleepover

It was Friday at Zoey's School, and as you can probably expect, everyone was excited. It was recess and Zoey and Henry we're both playing with each other.

"I can't wait for our sleepover tonight. Can you Henry?"

"No I can't. It's going to be so much fun!"

Then there was trouble. Miserable Marla was in the distance.

"Would you look at that? They're all having fun on the playground. We'll soon fix that! hahaha!"

Miserable Marla makes it rain.

"Uh-oh" says Miss Winkleman. "Come on in everyone, it's raining"

"That's strange." Zoey says. It was sunny a minute ago."

"I agree. We should probably check things out" said Henry

"Miss Winkelman, me and Henry left something over there. Can we go get it?"

"All right, but hurry!"

"Okay"

Then, Zoey and Henry go behind a wall at the school.

 "Time to shine!" Zoey exclaims

"It's time to shine!"

  Then Zoe transforms into starbeam, and Henry transforms into Boost.

"My goodness!" exclaims Miss Winkelman. It's Starbeam and Boost!"

  "Miserable Marla!?" What are you doing? Can't you see that those children were having fun?"

"Yeah, that's why I made it rain. I don't like fun."

"Well the fun won't be spoiled anymore!" Boost says. Then he takes out a weird machine and shoots it at the rain clouds, causing them to turn into regular ones, and all the children came back outside to play.

But then Starbeam noticed something. It could have been the rain, but it looked as if Miserable Marla was actually crying. Then, Miserable Marla flies away, and starbeam follows her. 

She soon finds Marla on a cliff outside of Somerset. She sits down next to her.

"What do you want!?" asks Marla

Well after we defeated you, I noticed you were crying and I wanted to see if you were okay.

" Why would (sniff) you care?" asks Marla

"Well there has to be a reason you want to ruin recess right?"

"(sigh) Yes. tonight was supposed to be the night that me and mom went out, but then she told me that she had a super villain meeting to go to, and she forgot about it, so we're not going to go out tonight." (sniff)

"I'm sorry to hear that." Starbeam comforted

"Why are you sorry?"

"Because I don't like seeing anyone upset, even you." Then, Starbeam got an idea she thought she would never have.

Hey listen. Would you. Like to. Come to a sleepover tonight with me?"

Miserable Marla could not believe what she was hearing.

"A sleepover? With a supervillain?" "But."

"No buts." "But there are two rules that you have to follow."

"Fine what are they?"

"The number one rule is you cannot tell anyone about me and Boost's secret identity."

"Okay. I guess I could keep that promise."

"You also cannot try to make our fun miserable in anyway on purpose."
