Chapter 9 - Operation "Surprise for Apink"

Woohyun's POV

The past few days was great! Chorong and I started dating, our group will be having a new sub-unit, and Apink is making a comeback. Chorong and the others are shooting the music video tomorrow so me, Chanyeol and Kai are preparing what to to do.

Starbucks....

"What's taking Woohyun so long?" Chanyeol asked

"Wait, he's here" Kai said

"Sorry there was no parking at the front so I had to find a parking spot" I said and sat down

"So, what are we gonna do?" Chanyeol asked

"How about bringing them and the staff lunch" I said

"Yeah, and a small performance" Chanyeol visualize what he said and I wrote it down

"What are we going to perform?" Kai asked

"Have you heard their tracklist for their mini-album?" I asked them and they shook their heads

"Well, I did" I said

"How? Chorong let me listen to it, and it was a good tracklist" I said

"Do you have a song from their album?" Kai asked

"I do, but it's not the title track, it's called 'Secret'" I grabbed my phone and played the song

"Wow, their vocals improved" Chanyeol gave a thumbs up

"So let's start practicing, my parts is of course Bomi and Naeun" Kai said

"Mine will be Eunji and Hayoung" Chanyeol grabbed my phone and played the song again

"Okay then, mine is Chorong and Namjoo, it's settled, let's meet at Woolim Entertainment building and practice there aroud 2 pm" I said and they nodded and we left

Few hours later...

I was waiting outside the building for Chanyeol and Kai to come when suddenly Sunggyu-hyung pat me on my shoulder

"What are you doing here?" he asked

"Waiting for Chanyeol and Kai to arrive" I said

"Oh you mean, Eunji amd Bomi's boyfriends?" he said and I nodded

"Why?" he asked

"We're planning to do a small performance for them because they're shooting the music video for their comeback" I said

"Can I hear the song you're going to sing?" he asked

"Sure, it's from their coming album, it's title is 'Secret'" I gave him my phone and he played the song

After hearing the song, he said that he wanted to join in

"Really? Are you sure?" I asked

"Yeah, I'm sure" he gave a thumbs up

"Then let's talk about it when Chanyeol and Kai arrive" I said and speak of the devil, they arrived.

"Sorry, we're late" Chanyeol said catching his breath

"There was heavy traffic, so we ran to get here" Kai said

"Let's go inside, Sunggyu-hyung lead them to the practice room, and I'll get some water for them" I said and went off to get water.

Chanyeol's POV

FLASHBACK...

"Woohyun, how's Sunggyu?" Eunji asked out of no where

"He's doing well, nice to meet you Eunji" Woohyun said

"We're here, this is our practice room" Sunggyu opened the door and let us come in

Wow, I was so busy thinking about that, that I didn't even realized we got here.

"So, Sunggyu, do you know Eunji?" I asked

"Yeah, we met when they were going to a resort" he said then Kai suddenly came closer to me

"Why are asking him that?" he whispered

"I'm just curious" I whispered back

"Hi guys I'm back!" Woohyun entered the room

He gave us a bottle of water each and we all sat down

"Uhm, guys there is someone who wants to join us" Woohyun said

"Who is it?" Kai asked

"Me" Sunggyu raised his hands

"Really? Whose part are you gonna sing then?" I asked nervously

Please don't let it be Eunji!!

"If it''s okay for you, I'll sing Eunji's part" he said and my heart broke

"Sure, I really can't reach her parts anyways" I faked a smile

"Oh, Sunggyu, can you sing the some parts of Bomi?" Kai asked

"Sure" Sunggyu smiled

"Then it's settled then, let's start practicing!" Woohyun said and we started practicing
