Jane stared at Casper who stared right back. "Jane,what is this place?" He asked looking around "no no no no no no" Jane thought to her self. "Look I got lost I know just as much as you do" She said grabbing his shoulder. "Do you think you can help me a way out?" She asked hoping he buy it. "Ugh she is not thinking im buying this"He thought to himself holding in a eyeroll. He looked at her. She looked desperate for him to be an idiot.
Even though he watched her type in a code and talk to what he assumes is a computer. He played the idiot role. "Oh yeah we could go out the way we came" he said trying his head to the elevator door. "Yeah let's go..."Jane voiced trailed off as she got in the elevator. When Casper got in it went and they left the old run down building. There was a few moments of silent as they walked together. "You know i won't tell.." Casper said breaking the silence but his voice was barley a whisper. "I don't know what that place is ok?" She said in a stern voice. "Ok" he mumbled. They arrived at Jane's apartment complex. "Lets do this again" she said before she entered the building. Jane rushed to her room greeted by Natalie. "Jane! He knows about you!" She scolded her. Jane sighed. "I trust him" Jane said with a smile. "How long have you known him?" She asked "about two hours she replied. "TWO HOURS!? Jane you didn't even tell your foster family yet but a complete stranger you trust!?" Natalie said as if she were face palming. "Yes" Jane replied calmly. The small alarm rang. "I got to go" jane said changing into her super suit. "Were not done with this conversation." Natalie said.
"Yes we are" Lightning girl said as she snuck out the fire escape. She flew to a factory. The factory made paper money. She flew in to see the villain Mr.Mine. A villain that specialized in bombs. His favorites were mines. He may have bombs but not brains. "Your just in time for the show LG" He said turning around to face the hero. "Only my friends call me LG" She corrected him "Awe we aren't friends?" Mr.Mine said with a fake pout. "I barley see you as a
Associate Kevin." Lightning girl sighed. "Its Mr.Min-" 'Mr.Mine', whose real name was Kevin, was interrupted by lightning girl. "Look im busy and your going to miss muffin Mondays at prison tomorrow so just give up and we can go our separate ways" She said stepping toward him. She was soon greeted by a bomb over her head exploding behind her.
"So no talking great." She sighed. "I got a new toy" Kevin said pulling out a harpoon gun. "WHAT WAIT-?NO FAIR YOUR THE STUPID BOMB GUY NOT WHERE THE FUCK IS MOBY DICK GUY" Lightning Girl yelled in shock taking a step back.
She drew her lightning blade. She had lost her regular one to a big ass ice abyss. "The special weapon you do think of a me as a friend."He said teasingly holding up the harpoon ready to shoot. Lightning girl rolled her eyes. "Put your weapon down" lightning girl said holding her sword. "You first" he snapped back. There was 10 minutes of a silent stand down between the hero and villain. Then they heard running from the distance. "The hell-" Lightening girl said her head turning her toward the door where the sound was coming from. "Oh fuck" Kevin said lowering the harpoon. The doors slammed open to her surprise it Hailstorm a new villain around the town. "YOU CHLOROFORMED ME YOU ASSHOLE" he yelled. Lightning girl was about to ask what he meant but before she could even process everything. Hailstorm tackled kevin. He punched him in the face and grabbed the harpoon. "This is my weapon the bitch just chloroformed me and stole it and locked me in a broom closet" he said calmly.
Kevin stood up. "You're gonna pay for that" he said rubbing his jaw. Hailstorm raised his hand and made ice form beneath Kevin. He slipped and fell. He attempted to get up again but fell again. He was on his hands and knees trying not to slip. "Can i get some help" kevin said. Apparently this was hailstorm breaking point. He burt into laughter. Lightning girl joined right with him. Kevin looked pissed now he went up to fight but fell again wich the two laughed even harder. "Wait wait" lightning girl began and pulled out her work phone "do it again i wanna film it" she said through tears. He only got madder and attempted to get up time and time and failed everytime. "The media his going to like this" she said sending him a video of Kevin. "There going to love this" hailstorm corrected her. Lightning girl grabbed Kevin and gave him to the police. She didn't have to wait long to see the videos on the news.
She snuck into ally way and turned back into Jane. She walked to her apartment. "Hello jane" she was greeted by natalie "so now can we talk-" Natalie began. "Look im tired please save the nagging for lunch tomorrow please" she said sitting on the couch. "Fine im turning off" Natalie grumbled soon followed by a ding. Jane watched the news program with a smile.
"Maybe he's not a villian" She thought drifting to sleep
