"N-no..! Please don't go. I love you!" I grabbed his wrist desperately, attempting to pull him back over to me. My tall, dark-haired boyfriend slapped my hand away. "No, (Y/N). I'm done with you. Ive already found someone else and they're much better then you ever were." He said coldly. He slapped me hard in the face before he turned and walked out of the mall.
Its.. really over. I lost him.

"Woah!- hey! I saw that weird man hit you.. are you okay, miss?" I looked up to see a reddish brown haired girl, about my height. She had kind dark eyes and wore a black hoodie with red ripped jeans. She looked about 18-ish? Next to her stood a slightly taller boy. He had bright blue hair, mostly covered by a red cap with a blue brim. He wore a white tee shirt with a Red Cross out sign, baggy blue jeans, and red sneakers. "Uh. Yeah. I'm okay. That was uh- my boyfriend. Or- ex boyfriend." I explained, still in complete shock. The two of them looked at eachother and then looked at me. They were silent for a few seconds before the girl spoke up. "Are there any friends that you can go to?" She asked. I shook my head slowly.

That's when it hit me. I buried my face in my hands as my eyes began to sting with tears. My hoodie sleeves became drenched within seconds. He was all I ever had. My parents passed away, and my siblings are gone. It was just him, but now I'm alone.. oh my god, I'm alone. I sobbed quietly into my hoodie, the memories flooding through my head. I felt someone rub my back. "It's gonna be okay." The girl said. I put my head up, wiping my tears. "N-no it isnt.. I have .." I struggled to finish my sentence. "—n-nobody.."

"Welp, you have us now." The boy spoke up. I turned to look at him. Turns out his eyes are a brighter blue than i thought. He had snakebite piercings which I thought looked cool.
"R-really?" I asked quietly. They both nodded with a smile. "I'm Cherry, and this is Keith." She looked up at Keith. "I'm uh.. (y/n). Nice to meet you. Thank you so much."

"Hey! What the hell? I was looking for you guys." I looked behind Keith and Cherry to see a tall, well built boy walk up behind them with a pissed expression. As I examined his features more, i noticed he had orange hair that looked really soft, tired but bright green eyes, freckles, and.. is that a tongue piercing?! Cool. He wore a green sweatshirt and black ripped jeans with black converse. Kinda.. hot.

"Hey? Hey I'm talking to you!" The boy waved his hand in my face, waking me up from my thoughts. "Oh- aahhh! Imsosorryy!" I stammered. He snickered. "Why were you staring at me? Do you think im hot?~" My face turned a bright red. "N-no! I mean- wait.. yeah kinda- but no!" I stammered. He looked at me surprised for a few seconds before leaning over and whispering in my ear. "Struggling with our words are we, princess?" He said. I covered my face with my sleeve and heard the boy Yelp in pain as Keith dragged him back by his ear.

"This big goofball is Pico." Cherry explained. Ah. So his name is Pico? Cute. I held out my hand. "(Y/N). Nice to meet ya." He took my hand and shook it, a small blush dusting his face. After this awkward moment, he pulled away and stepped over next to Keith. Cherry stood up. "Thank you so much."

"Of course, (y/n.) lets go home." Cherry smiled and reached out her hand to help me up. The four of us then walked out of the mall.

Home.
