The Past

I had let the girl in and we were all now sitting in the living room staring at her as she ate another slice of pizza.
?: Is there something I can help you with?
Peter: Well are you gonna tell us who you are?
MJ: Or even your name would be nice.
?: Oh true. My name's y/n.
Ned: And you're Peter's sister? That's so cool!
Peter: Wait, but how did I never know about you?
Y/n: Can I at least finish this slice?
We all stare at her intently.
Y/n: Okay never mind I can't do that while you guys stare at me like I'm a stranger eating pizza in your apartment.
She puts down the slice and leans back in her chair.
Ned: But you are-
Y/n: Do you want the story or not?
We all silence so she can talk.
Y/N: Thank you. Now I'll start from the top. So our mom had an affair, I know hard to believe. She didn't want to tear apart the family so she sent me away  and acted like nothing ever happened. I grew up in New York with a family that was...how do I say this..not the best. My dad was an alcoholic and beat me, while my mom was always high and out of it. I had an older brother there too...but he died during an attack on New York. I don't know if you heard about it, it was those space things? Anyways, then things got worse for me there because I didn't have anyone else. So, I decided to run away. I went all the way to Sokovia. I found an organization called Hydra that would take me in. While I was there I didn't see many kids, just a bunch of men always walking around with guns. I did meet some twins though, they were nice. We all became best friends. Apparently they volunteered to get experimented on, but were the only ones to survive it. We bonded over tragic back stories and were inseparable. There was also this one guy there. I never knew this name because they always called him soldier. He was the best among their soldiers and was always doing missions for them. We never talked to him or even looked at him because we were all terrified to do so. Sometimes everyone would just be talking and then we would hear screaming. We never knew who it was and we never bothered to ask because we didn't want to know. One day, we found out that they were going to be experimenting on my age group. We all knew that barely anyone survives those so, the twins helped me escape. After that, I stayed at an old shed thing. It was abandoned and I was alone. But, the one twin would always come and check on me. He would give me food and blankets, and stuff like that. Then one day, this...army of robots took over. Their leader was Ultron I think? I didn't even know what was going on, and then I saw this group of people come. They're called the Avengers and I didn't like them. In Sokovia, we were taught that the Avengers were bad people. Then out of nowhere, half the island started to lift up into the sky. And of course, I was on that half. After a while we were already above the clouds. Then these ships came to collect civilians and that's when I realized that the Avengers were trying to help us. I saw them all fighting off the robots and then I saw two people I recognized among them. The twins. They were helping them! They saw me and were glad I was okay. Then, they helped me onto the ship and told me to stay there while they go help.
Me and Ned looked at each other. We were starting to piece it together.
Y/N: While I was on the ship, I saw this guy. I think he was apart of the Avengers. He had a bow and arrows and used them pretty well. From what I saw, he never missed. He asked me if I was okay and stuff and then went back into the island. I was confused at first because it was about to fall, but then I saw a little boy. Right when he grabbed the boy, gunshots were fired at the island. Everyone in the ship ducked...expect for me. I was watching the guy waiting to see what happened. As the dust cleared, I saw him standing there still holding the boy and I was confused. But then I saw one of the twins, the brother...my best friend. He fell onto the ground and I could see bullet holes in him. I ran onto the island, despite a guy with a shield trying to stop me, and ran over to my best friend. I looked into his eyes and hugged him. I couldn't help it by that time, so I started crying. The guys were trying to pry me off but I wouldn't let go. Then all of a sudden, right when they pulled me off, something happened. I reached out to grab onto him again and then a purple light appeared and we all got blinded. We looked back up, all in confusion as to what had just happened. Then, I noticed something. He was breathing again! I couldn't believe it! He tried to sit up, obviously in pain. The guys looked at me with major confusion as we brought him back to the ship to get help. After that, I was brought to New York because they wanted to talk to me. That's when I saw that guy from Hydra. I ran and ran until I couldn't breathe anymore. I decided I wanted to find you finally. I found out you went to Midtown High aaaaand here I am.
Ned: Wait but how did you get his address?
Y/N: I know some people.
MJ: I like this girl already.
Peter: Okay well that was a lot. Um can we talk quick?
Y/N: Sure, I'll go eat some more pizza.
She grabs the pizza box and heads into my bedroom. I look back at MJ and Ned.
Peter: Guys I think she's talking about Pietro and Wanda.
MJ: Yea and it sounds like they needed her.
Peter: Well she obviously saw someone she doesn't like....and has some sort of power.
Ned: Peter you need to bring her to the tower.
Peter: I will tomorrow. Hopefully things go well.
