The One Who Got Away

Chapter 4

Madison POV

   This morning I woke to the sound of my mother yelling my name. She dose this every morning. And people wonder why I come to school cranky.

   As I walk into the school the first thing I see is sign talking about some play. I don't like drama. I don't even belong there I have stage fright.

   I walk to me locker and get all my books for classes. Ugh here we go. Well at least I have Anthony in one of my classes.

  I'm sitting in my second period class all the way in the back. Because I'm social butterfly. And the speaker goes off.

"Attention all students today we are giving you guys new 5th period class. Your new schedule will be given to you before the end of second period. Have a nice day."

   Yes!!! I'm so happy that they changed those classes because I had p.e. and I didn't do to well.

   God I can't wait till this class is over. It's so boring in here. But god bless almost end of the period which means I get to see my new class.

I was in a deep debation with myself until I heard my name being called. Seeing that it was Mr.Tim I got up at me seat and walked to him desk.

"Here you go madiosn " he hands me my schedule. As I look down my eyes widden.

"What!" I shout not talking to anyone. The whole class looked at me like I was stupid.

"Uh... Sorry." I quickly apologize then walk back to me seat.

I can't believe this my new 5th period class is drama.

Connor POV

     When I found out about the school changing our 5th period and I get kinda happy. Only kinda because I liked my 5th now. But just knowing that I might get put in the same class as Madison made me happy.

     As soon as end of second period came I got really nervous. When my name was called I walked up and got my schedule but when I saw what class I had I lost all hope.

   Drama I have drama. Madison practically hates drama. Uggh great.

It was now time for 5th period and I was dreading it more and more. Plus I can't even act.

I walk into the drama with my head down then I decided to look up. When I look up I make eye contact with someone and that someone was Madison. But she quickly looks away and drops her head.

Madison POV

   Yay time for  and I'm excited. Ha not! Why, why this class. All the social butterflies are here and I'm just a fly on the wall.

   When I walk in a take a seat in the back. I look around the class room cause its a new environment for me. But when I look over by the door and see Connor.

  Connor! What is he doing here! Ugh this day just keeps getting better.

  When he looks up me and him make eyes contact and I quickly look away and put my head down.

  This is gonna be fun.
