I walked into the traphouse. I don't know where Jerri was hiding at first, but I found him behind the car in the garage. I said, "What in the f*** are you doing here?!?". Jerri said, "Same question to you, Reese.". Busted. The Killers walked into the living room, outside of the garage. I told Jerri to go away. He said him and I need to leave together. I said thats not happening, that i'll come back later. The Killers called me into the living room. I followed their orders. There, they had an african-american man, it seemed he was in his early twenties. He had a gag around his mouth. His hands were tied behind him. He was bloody. I was scared. One of the Killers men, i'm not going to say his name, pulled out a shiny silver handgun. I screamed as loud as I could. I could see Jerri's head peaking through the outside window, which was open. The Killer cocked his gun. He put it to the mans head and pulled the trigger. I saw a flash, blood and brain spatter onto the floor, and the mans body drop. As soon as the shot went off, Jerri jumped through the open window. He tried to get to me, but was grabbed by one of the Killers. He tackled Jerri and held him down. The Killer said, "Reese and this n***a have seen too f***ing much". He threw Jerri down and then picked him up, and threw him against the wall. He put his hand against Jerri and held the gun to his head. He shot Jerri three times in the head. I screamed and ran, crying uncontrollably. I could see and hear two bullet shots zip past me. I turned a corner and ran for my life. I got home ten minutes later, just about. I sat down and talked with my dad. I didn't tell him what happened, but that I wanted to move to the United States. He acknowledged, and called my grandparents, who lived in North Carolina, United States. I went to my room and cried myself to sleep. I had lost Jerri.
