Olympus

Zeus sat tapping gently on the arm of his throne as the other Gods filed in, taking their seats and waiting for the meeting to start. Odin and Frigga were sat on two comfortable chairs in front of the Greek Gods who had just finished taking their seats, they were intimidated to say the least. The Greek Gods stood a lot taller than the Norse, another way for them to express their power many would say, although it would be very foolish to say this to their face, the Greeks were very prideful and are easily offended.

Zeus cleared his throat as he stood up, scowling at Hades empty seat - he was late and Zeus was not happy. "We are here today to discuss the matter of Loki Laufyson" quiet murmurs rippled through the room, while Odin and Frigga sat shocked at the news that their adopted son was in fact alive, tears gathered in Frigga's eyes. Odin grabbed her hand delicately as an act of support and comfort.

"Judging from you're reaction, I assume that this was unknown to you?" Zeus' voice overpowered the rest of the Gods in the room. Odin who was sat shocked could do nothing but dumbly nod along with what Zeus was saying. Just as Zeus opened his mouth to continue, a black cloud of smoke flooded Hades throne of skulls, evaporating and leaving the God of the Underworld himself sat there with a smirk on his chiselled face. Steam was practically rolling off of Zeus at this point, hating the stupid smirk his brother would always were "you're late." He managed to force out through gritted teeth.

"My bad, continue" Hades sighed in a bored tone and the wave of his hand. All of the other Gods were sat watching Zeus waiting for him to break and commit any act of violence towards his brother for pushing his buttons. "You know you were supposed to be here on time" he exclaimed in an angry tone, practically challenging Hades to make on more witty remark. "I was busy with my favourite niece" he stated looking intriguingly towards the guests that sat in the middle of the room. Zeus' eyes softened dramatically from his his hateful gaze to a regular stare once he had said this. Everybody, except for Odin and Frigga, knowing who this was.

"Anyways, as I was saying , you're son Loki of Asgard is currently alive and it had come to my attention that he is residing on Midgard with the tesseract in his possession, with the intent to use it to enslave the mortals. Normally we would leave this to you to deal with however as Midgard falls under the Nine Realms, however due to the fact that we still have some authority over it as many demigods live among it, we believe it requires immediate attention." Zeus finished his speech by sitting down and setting his unwavering gaze upon Odin who merely sighed and shook his head believing this is exactly something that Loki would do.

"Of course your grace, although we were unaware of this until now, we would be more than happy to send our finest warrior, my son - Thor, to retrieve Loki and sentence him to the correct punishment on Asgard" Odin stated as he stood strongly, however the flicker of fear in his eyes gave away how uneasy the situation was making him.

Murmurs of agreement and disagreement ripped through Olympus, some arguing that they didn't trust the Norse enough to protect their children, others just wanting to handle the issue in the quickest way possible. The murmurs grew louder, into shouts and arguments between different gods. Hades sat smirking, enjoying the chaos that flowed around the room and Zeus' annoyed expression that laid on his face. He leaned back in his chair with a twinkle of mischief in his eye as he calmly spoke,

"what about Bloodreina?"

Every noise within the hall suddenly silenced. All eyes turned to him, some occasionally flickered to Zeus who sat staring at Hades intently with and unreadable expression upon is face. Hades smirk widened, loving the fear and respect that the name he had given his niece held even over the Gods of Olympus, even if they didn't know the empathetic girl that she really was underneath her tough exterior.

Odin and Frigga who sat silently watching watching the arguing take place now turned towards Zeus, wanting to know his opinion of sending the finest Warrior of Olympus to Midgard.

"What are you suggesting?" Zeus cautiously asked, eyeing Hades suspiciously.

"I say-" he cleared his throat once again "we send Bloodreina with the Norse warrior in retrieving Loki, to make sure that the demigods on Midgard have someone their protecting them" he suggested as if it was the obvious idea.

Zeus sat silently for a minuet, contemplating the idea before opening his mouth "that might be the most useful thing you have ever said". Everybody was stumped into shocked silence that Zeus had even listened to Hades suggestion let alone agreed to it. Hades himself sat there with his mouth agape slightly, eyebrows raised to his hairline.

"I Zeus, King of Gods, summon Ophelia Laskaris to Mount Olympus" he exclaimed with his lightning bolt raised into the air. With a clash or thunder and a strike of lightning, the doors to the hall opened. Everybody's heads turned towards the open doors, sat silently waiting for their warrior to walk in. A tense silence filled the room as Odin and Frigga glanced at each other, patiently sat ready to see the famed Bloodreina in person.

Footsteps could be heard echoing through the halls towards the throne room, a few of the Gods tensed and some more sat straighter up, Odin noted this and sat up straighter himself.

A beautiful young woman, with an angelic complexion yet hard gaze entered into the room full of Gods and Goddesses. Dressed in her leather and celestial bronze armour with war paint across her face, she walked further into the room. Odin and Frigga were sat in awe of the golden yet somehow dangerous glow that surrounded her. Her whole aura screamed power and demanded submission from those who gazed upon her. Ophelia surveyed her surroundings, scoping out for any danger, before her gaze landed on her uncles and father, but not before registering the two Nordic Gods that sat in the middle of the Greeks. She walked further until she was infornt of her father she knelt down into a bow and announced in a strong, powerful voice that sent shivers down some of the Gods spines " My King, Lord Hades, Lord Poseidon. I was summoned" the last sentence was not a question as to why but more or a demand as for what purpose.

A huge smile broke out on Zeus' face as he happily rose and greeted Ophelia in a hug, which she gladly returned. "Felie, sweetheart, how are you?"

"I am fine thank you father, how may I be of assistance?"

Zeus sighed knowing they wouldn't have much time to chat as they would need to get to Asgard quickly, so that they could retrieve Thor and get to Midgard and stop Loki's schemes. "I am sure you're aware of the current issue of Midgard regarding the tesseract?" She simply nodded . "Good. We have agreed that you would be the best Greek Goddess to send with the Norse's warrior to retrieve Loki and protect our demigods." He said without an ounce of uncertainty.

Ophelia huffed at the use of the term of Goddess but none the less nodded her head agreeing to the quest set by her father "it would be an honour to serve the Gods again". A proud smile broke out onto his face once again before he brought his daughter in for another hug. "Great we will send you Asgard immediate with Odin and Frigga-" he gestured towards them with his hand "for you to collect their champion and then you will travel to Midgard". She once again simple nodded.

She then turned her head towards Hades and simply stated as if it was common knowledge "this was your idea wasn't it" her strong gaze tore into his soul and caused many around them to cower, but not Hades, he sat there with a smirk even wider then before "yep" he popped the 'p' happily knowing what this meant. She reached into the back of her armour and many believed she was retrieving a knife or some sort of weapon to maim him with, causing then to stand up with fear and anticipation. Sharp breaths were taking and the temperature inside of the room dropped causing chills to sweep over everyone.

A coin. She pulled out a singular coin and handed it to him.

Hades took it with a smug smile and announced loudly "we have a winner ladies and gentlemen" while winking at Ophelia who scoffed in return "you may win this bet but I will reign champion on the next one we make, no matter what it shall be"

Breathes of relief were released from everyone around. She turned to her father once more who then called to Odin and Frigga "Ophelia is ready to leave whenever you are, we wish you good luck on your quest Ophelia and pray to the fates for a safe return" she nodded again and walked towards the Norse Gods ready to follow them towards Asgard.
